right on main street with balcony view to main shopping street. The staff is really helpful to book a cap for us from airport to the property when we have a long travel. they gave us some good direction to get to high speed train as well. check in was easy since the staff is there to help us and we have daily cleaning service to keep the property very clean plus a coffee machine

We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome! It's located on one of the most famous streets in the city, which made it easy to find, and the directions we received were clear and helpful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and well air-conditioned, and the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. While the room itself wasn’t very large, it was perfect for our needs as we mostly used it just to sleep. There is also a small shared kitchen available. One big plus was that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out. Most major landmarks, such as the Vatican and the Colosseum, are within a 30-minute walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in a great location.

The room doesn't have a traditional window, but rather a glass door that opens either partially (tilted) or fully. This might not be ideal for everyone. When we kept it tilted open at night, we could hear the noise from the air conditioning units located in the inner courtyard. Nothing that ruined our stay, but something to keep in mind depending on your preferences.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing service we received from the hotel manager, Ovi. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, always with kindness and a warm smile. His dedication and hospitality made us feel truly welcome and cared for. We’re so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, central and with the right amenities. It is very clean too.

The sensor light in the bathroom was very uncomfortable at night. When you use the bathroom it lights and takes long to switch off. Since the door is made of glass it lights up the whole room.

Undoubtedly the location was the best, but the sympathy and availability of the owners were the best we could hope for. The room has a big window with the view to the street, on the first floor. But there isn't much noise during the night. It's the biggest shopping street in Rome, so when they shops close, it's very quiet. The bathroom is big and modern, with amenities, there is enough space to hang the clothes and a desk, TV and small fridge, tea and electric kettle. There's a free coffee machine at the entrance, with capuccinos and all. We loved that and used it every morning for breakfast!

The mattress of one of the single bed was not comfortable, I wish I could have slept better. And we wished they cleaned the bathroom during our 5 days' stay. But they changed towels!

The property was centrale in Rome and was close walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to see, shopping and place to eat. It was secure and very clean. Our room was spacious enough to fit our family comfortably (2 adults, 3 kids). The room included modern amenities, tv, ac, coffee maker, 2 mini fridges, modern bathroom etc. The building had a quaint old fashioned elevator that added to the experience. The host and staff were very accommodating and helpful whether for recommendations on places to eat locally or to assist in the logistics of a rental return after our departure. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Rome.

The view, the bathroom, the bed all were perfect! The most important was the location, in a central street with everything close to you. Everything you will probably want to see is on a walkable distance. We used public transport only to get to Rome from the airport and to get to the airport to leave.

The rooms are pretty close to each other and there is no soundproofing. The first three nights all were fine. The last night our neighbours got home late at night and were shouting and opened the tv on a very high volume which was unpleasant. So if you have trouble sleeping with noise it could be an issue if you have noisy neighbours. It was not a problem for us so I will not cut a star for it.

The best location you can ever think of. In the middle of it all, surrounded by shops, restaurants, sights, museums, attractions. They even got me a cab to go to the airport, with a large number of bags, no hassle. They even changed the hour for me. The driver was educated, impeccable. The rooms with a balcony make you feel immersed in Rome, with its splendour, charm and vibrancy.

Nothing really. Maybe a little more reading light would have been great.

location was amazing, can’t believe how central it was! balcony was lovely with such a pleasant view, couldn’t hear noise from other guests and balcony doors were good at keeping outside noise out Plenty of storage in room, entered the building and straight into our room, no check in, so straight forward which was appreciated after a long journey met the host one morning who was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again, such good value for money

Would’ve been helpful for taxi numbers/other information to be accessible as reception isn’t manned 24/7 to ask questions Did find the door to enter the room very hard to open, unsure if this was user error but we were locked out of room for 20 minutes before working it out
