We enjoyed out stay at this lovely Rome hotel. We loved the location, easy access to the famous areas of Rome but quiet location (from our room) The room was accessible by stairs and had a smaller bathroom (which weren't a problem for us but might be for others). The employees were friendly, spoke English and helpful. The Italian style breakfast was worth the extra cost and was a perfect way to start our day. We will be back next visit, for sure!!

If you are from the USA... realize you are in another country (you're not in Kansas anymore). Don't be a spoiled American. Italy has some inconveniences due to the age of the buildings, plumbing and sometimes tight spaces. Do your homework if you need certain features (no stairs, large bathrooms, bathtub, etc.). Embrace the culture and history and enjoy your trip.

The property was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. The room was clean and I felt very safe.

Liked everything, a couple of points for improvement: - suitcase rack in the room would be helpful - more variety in breakfast and more fresh vegetables and pastries Still great , pleasant experience!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The place was very clean, and the personnel were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was also good, adding to our enjoyable experience. The reception staff arranged a taxi for us to met in airport at night time, which was a great help. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great experience during our stay. I highly recommend installing a shelf in the bathroom for added convenience. It would make organizing toiletries much easier. Overall, everything was good!

Breakfast was fine. Fruit, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, toast, some cereal, & pastries. cappuccino good I was surprised they did not have "Italian bread" The lady at the desk most of the time (I can't remember her name) was very nice & helpful.

The elevator is very small Rooms could have been cleaner, especially the shower Our first night there was some sort of mix-up with our booking & we were given a room that required stairs & was not very clean. Our second - fourth were fine.

Excellent service

The location is perfect-just in the heart of a bustling area, everything you need is a short walk away-restaurants, shops, cafes and museums. The room itself was incredibly spacious which was a huge bonus for our family of four. Two comfortable queen beds easily accommodated us. We also had a balcony. While it didn`t have the best view due to the surrounding buildings, it was still a nice touch. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy some fresh air. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

All in all, everything about our stay was great.

Great location. Smaller boutique style hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The lady looking after breakfast each morning was wonderful and deserves praise! Only downside was breakfast was a bit boring and bland and there wasn't much selection. Otherwise, loved our stay. Walking distance to most attractions in Rome, otherwise, metro stops were pretty central too.

Didnt like Breakfast. It doesn't haven't to be a big buffet, but selections were lacking.

The room was beautiful, in the best location in town. The hotel has been recently furbished, so everything is brand now and finished to a great standard. the decor is a combination of the building architecture (beautiful wood ceilings) and modern design (wallpaper). The staff were nice, starting with the wonderful Fabio at reception. Breakfast is served in the small but well designed cafe/bar at the entrance.

the only drawback of our stay was noise in the room. There seems to be a problem with wall noise insulation, as we could hear even the zippers in the luggage in the room next door. It's such a shame, after refurbishing such a beautiful building to a very high standard, this oversight is a real let down. It's also possible that we were very unlucky with our room.

Breakfast was quite simple the first day with white bread only and minimal spreads. After mentioning it to the girl at reception, the next morning everything go upgraded with a big smile and with a real concern to our well being. Team both at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, suggesting help with everything and always with a big smile.
