Great location, we were right in the centre of the city. We were within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and the shops. Our location was very walkable, and there were pharmacies and convenience stores within reach. The hotel's breakfast is at the main restaurant downstairs and it served a wide variety of food throughout the day. The square downstairs has a few restaurants where you could end your day before heading upstairs to the hotel. Hot drinks are readily available at a small common area in the hotel and bottled water is available as well. Room was very comfortable, it is a very decent size for a family of four. There was also adequate storage cabinets and drawers to store our belongings. Staff were extremely responsive after we had messaged them with some enquiries, even after hours. Wifi was available and it was very easy to get a taxi to anywhere from the reception. Very happy here, will recommend.

We arrived at night and there was no staff present so did not know how to get to our hotel (which was on the 4th floor). The lift was inaccessible because we had no communication with the staff in advance. But everything was promptly sorted out once we touched base with them. Lift was a bit of a tight space as well, but we were not too bothered by it.

The staff were very attentive and responded immediately to any communication via WhatsApp They were also very helpful in organising taxis to the airport etc and following up when taxi didn’t arrive The location was fabulous. So easy to walk to any of the main sites to visit in Rome

The fact that it wasn’t a hotel suite and didn’t provide breakfast- it only had a mini bar fridge so you couldn’t actually buy breakfast supplies to store in the fridge. Luckily the cafe below opened early to purchase breakfast The passage ways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

Great apartment in the heart of Rome — surprisingly quiet even though it’s right on a lively square full of shops and cafes. We had a room with a bathtub and absolutely loved it. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

No major downsides — just a small and slow elevator, and it would have been nice to have a bit more seating space or a small kitchenette. But these are minor things that didn’t affect our overall experience.

The location was perfect. It was walking distance to all major cultural attractions such as the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps, the colosseum and the Vatican along with many historical buildings. The staff were helpful and made us feel at home. Restaurants and cafes were close by and a variety of shopping was close at hand.

Provide clearer instructions upon arrival as we were unsure how to access the reception. An intercom system may be helpful to assist customers upon arrival.

Location was the selling point for us. In the middle of a lot of must-see places in Rome. easy to walk to most of them. Nice piazza in upscale area- prices as expected for food etc.

difficult to find entrance. Perhaps some detailed info in the description might be useful to tourists like us not used to European style inner city hotels. The elevator was very small (not the hotel's fault-came with the building) but it had a really bad smell that didn't go away for the length if our stay.

The location, spacious, bright & clean room and friendly staff!

I did not like the plastic sheet protecting the matress of the bed. The bed itself was so so. Was not keen on the old small elevator but it is an old building so hard to fix this.

The location is very good and very central.The piazza where the hotel is situated has nice restaurants and good shops. There also are a lot of restaurants within a very short walk from the location. All the major attractions are between 15 and 35 mins walking at an easy pace. We had a lovely view from our room looking down on the piazza that really gave you a sense that you were in Rome. The owners of the hotel, Michael and Daniel, are lovely young men who were very accommodating and helpful. They have a good working knowledge of the area and were very keen to point us in the right direction.

My room had an incredible view to the Piazza downstairs. Staff was very kind and friendly too.

The elevator could smell a little funky of intense cleaning product but it functioned well nonetheless, and the water bottles in the mini fridge were not replaced every night.

Location is perfect, you can reach everything in walking distance (max 30min to all sightseeings), shops & restaurants also close by. Nice suite (5th floor has 2 suites; other rooms & reception on 4th floor), large and clean. Kitchen has all you need. Nice welcome package when we arrived. Recommend you use the airport transfer.

Thin walls so you might here your neighbor when they are loud

The location is brilliant. It is a lovely building with great apartments. It is immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet even though it is in the city centre. The service, staff were very helpful, and always available. We had a slight concern with a small single bed for my very tall teenager, and another larger bed was made up immediately. Would stay again.
