First I want to give the ladies in the reception a huge shoutout because they truly deserve it. So friendly. So communicative. I had all the details I needed before arriving. We felt so welcomed and appreciated by them. Gave us the best restaurant recommendation too! Second.... the property couldn't be in a better location. We were able to see and do so much all within walking distance. It's very clean and well maintained. I traveled with a friend but this location definitely felt like an area I could have came by myself with no hesitations. I will be looking for this property again when I come back and will be recommending it to anyone looking to visit Rome.

I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn’t be better : just a short walk to all the major monuments, so I never needed extra transportation. The room was large, extremely comfortable, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like extra cups, a kettle, and even Netflix on the TV made it feel like a home away from home. The reception team was fantastic, friendly, professional, and well-organized. A special thanks to Princess for her warmth and genuine hospitality, which made my stay even more memorable. ☺️

Wonderful staff who gave lots of information before arrival so it was easy to find the hotel. Staff had advised they would hold our luggage as we were arriving in Rome around 9am but when we got there our room was ready and we got straight in - amazing. The location was fantastic, so close to lots of shops, restaurants and tourist sights. We walked everywhere. The room was spacious and had plenty of hanging space, a fridge and balcony. The beds only had a sheet on them but the room was so warm, we didn't bother using the quilt that was provided, even though it was winter. The staff arranged a private car to the airport when we left, which was very convenient. A lift took us to our room on the fifth floor.

The bathroom was a bit squashy but better than no bathroom at all.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location is fantastic—close to all the main tourist attractions, surrounded by great restaurants, and plenty of shops for shopping. Transportation was super convenient, with several bus stops nearby. But what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always attentive, provided excellent guidance, and met all of our requests with a smile. Truly an amazing team! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent value and top-notch service.

I can’t say enough about room was like new Everything new in it comfortable beds new bathroom 2 big windows very very clean Building has an elevator. Very quiet room no complaints at all Lots of restaurants within few minutes Location is only few minutes to most sight seeing No need for car neither subway or bus. The property is close to all the attractions. The room was very clean and the receptionists are awesome! Esp to princess and the other filipina who was there kn our check out (dec26) The receptionist clearly gave us the instruction to the room, informed us where is best to eat, where to go and help us even in transpo as we are new and navigating the city. We are very thankful we to the team and we’ll surely come back. The room is very clean smells nice and is spacious compare to other hotels.

The apartment was very convenient for exploring Rome; the location is within walking distance of all the major tourist sites. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there after check out.

The room wasn't soundproof, so we could hear the people in the neighbouring apartment. Thankfully, they weren't noisy, so this wasn't a problem.

The staff were excellent. They communicated ahead of time, everything we needed. They were very helpful with transfers to the port and then port to train station and willing to come up and check the refrigerator. Having a place to store our luggage was a huge help. Great location to all the sites in Rome!

Our refrigerator never did get very cold, which caused us to not be able to use some groceries we had purchased.

Location is great, walking distance to major attractions. Room was space with a little balcony looking to the year so quiet from outside. Amazing staff, super helpful.

At some point I needed tow pairs of the key's and it was no possible to get it. In the evening the reception is closed so it was complicated to get into teh appeasement if you have to split the party. This is the apartment type of accommodation so the doors between three apartments on the floor are not sound spoofed therefore you really hear someone coning in and out, especially in the middle of the night.

Location was perfect for our needs. Everything was no more than 30mins walk - Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain only 7mins walk. Hotel was traditional and quaint set inside a courtyard but room had all you would need - safe, fridge, hairdryer. We booked room only and there are lots of local cafes for breakfast.
