An Absolutely perfect hotel. 5 perfect stars for what truly makes a wonderful hotel and stay The staff were a joy to be around, with an immaculately presented hotel full of wonderful detail and design This stands head and shoulders above the TB Roma and Anantra hotels where we stayed the last two years prior. This will be my go to hotel for anytime I chose to stay in Rome from now on PS also a perfect location

What a great experience all round. I had requested a month earlier that I would need an early check in, they said they weren’t sure they could honour it, but would do their best. When I got to the hotel they had my room ready by 11:30am! For an 8 room hotel (I think), that’s very impressive. You’re also given a personal tour around the hotel and an explanation of how to use the various equipment in the room. The room was perfect. Very clean, elegant, spacious and well equipped. The bar and restaurant are well designed with good ambience (non intrusive easy-listening jazz music playing). The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the staff are very friendly. If I come to Rome again, I’m staying here.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly professional, paying great attention to every detail, and their kindness towards my two chihuahuas was truly priceless. From the delightful breakfast to the exquisite dinner at your lovely restaurant, every moment was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was the perfect size and the terrace offered an incredible view that added to the overall charm of our stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Spectacular in every single way. Last minute I switched my Rome reservation to Vilon, as I was nervous about my first choice. Vilon was 4x the price of my first booking & absolutely worth it in every way. I loved the location for shopping and dining options....plus easy to get everywhere w in a 20 min (or less) walk. We taxi'd some places, too. This was easy, as the front desk simply called a taxi whenever needed. We used their airport car service and were glad that we did. The hotel includes a luxe breakfast that you don't want to miss. We appreciated it beginning at 7am since we had a couple tours that began at 8:30am. The rooms are stunning w super high quality finishes, hardware, bedding and extras (like complimentary mini bar). I appreciated the little things you often don't find at a Eurpoean Hotel (bar soap and wash cloths). The staff are superb and plentiful. They even prepared to-go bkfst and cappuccinos for our 5am airport departure -- far earlier than their kitchen opened. Honestly, with only 17 rooms, I have no idea how this full service hotel makes money given the quantity of staff, food quality, luxe finishes and so much more.

Drinks were expensive at the bar.

5 star luxury boutique hotel located close to the Spanish Steps and other main tourist attractions. The staff are wonderful and went out their way to accommodate my request for early check in at 10am (after a long flight from Australia - this was very much appreciated and allowed me to refresh before a busy day of touring). Delicious a la carte breakfast menu. Lovely bathroom amenities with wonderful fragrance.

A really outstanding hotel in the heart of Rome. Easy walking distance to everything. The staff is exceptional and the hotel really runs flawlessly. The breakfast was delicious. It really is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at, the level of detail with the daily service was unlike anything I've seen before. Nothing is out of place ever. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, with large walk-in closets (which really helps in smaller rooms like you'll find in Rome) and the bathrooms are spacious (and so clean!). Everything feels fresh and new. Unless you're willing to pay for Bulgari, I don't think there's a better choice in Rome.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Al the staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and pampered. Thank you all so much. We will definitely come back.

Minor concern only. The Tivoli Bluetooth speaker / radio was difficult to connect phone to and alternatives should perhaps be looked at.

Sometimes you find a hotel that is really a diamond in the rough. This is a true five star hotel with amazing service. Located within walking distance of everything you need and the staff is exceptional. If you have a chance to go to Rome, don’t miss staying at this hotel you will never be disappointed.

Sewage smell at certain times of the day in the communal staircase. Very typical of Rome.
