The lady who helped us at reception and made coffee for us (she always remembered what all 10 of us drank in the morning) was phenomenal. She was a kind person, very friendly and very helpful. We loved the breakfast. It was a very secure building. The double doors by the windows blocked out street noise. The electronic shutters block out the light. It was a short walk to the Vatican, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. We liked the location.

We liked a lot. Having two sets of keys when two people are in a room instead of one would be a bonus, but the lady always opened the door for us when one of us had the keys and another had to return to the room.

the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for sightseeing and easy to get back to after a day out and about. we were at the front of the hotel and didn’t find it too noisy as the windows and shutters did a great job of muffling the traffic noise. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming throughout. Their English was great and they were happy to chat and help with anything.

This was our second stay at Augustana House. On this occasion we stayed in the secondary building next door. We had a comfortable bed and a light and airy room, courtesy of a balcony that overlooked the river. Any noise from the busy road below was blocked out with the double glazed windows. The bathroom was stunning, with a good shower. As usual, all of the staff were friendly and professional and always helpful.

We were sad to leave - after a second stay it was like leaving family.

The breakfast was great. The staff were available and helpful. The location in proximity to centro historico, ancient Rome, and the Vatican was perfect. The location next to the Tiber was a plus. We will look to use Augustana House first on our next visit to Rome.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Made every effort to accommodate us. The junior suite was great. Large and with two bathrooms.🤗

Great location right on the Tiber river with balcony overlooking the street. 10 min walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

A little too much traffic but the doors insulated the sound bery well.

Augustana House is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when visiting Rome.

Every thing is perfect! The staff especially Maya was very nice and helpfull! Breakfast is bad and we don't have so much choice. It could be better!

The hotel is small and the attention is very personal. It felt very secure, with 24 hour reception and double secure entry. Everywhere was gleaming, and the bedroom and bathroom were very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good, not as wide a variety though as some larger hotels. Location was very convenient for walking to most attractions and bus route to Colosseum was just behind the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful - we would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The bed was particularly comfortable, the room was really quiet, and the location was within walking distance to many of the major sights. We walked as far as the Vatican and Colosseum very easily. The breakfast had everything we wanted to start the day. Finally, the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
