The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was great with many things in walking distance. We needed help with transportation to the port and Manuela was able to help us secure a ride but above that she checked in with me later to confirm all was good and we arrived at the port.

It wasnt clear how to get into the building on arrival but once we were situated all was good. My kids and I had a really nice room but since they are teenagers, they were not fans of the shower setup. The shower was part of the main room with a tempered glass enclosure and open on both ends (no doors). I was able to setup so that they had a little privacy and it worked out.

Very nice place! Having the shared terrace was amazing! Our room was clean and a great size. Everything was clean and tidy! The old style rooms and space was very neat and definitely added to our stay. AC was great. Would definitely stay here again

Only downside was after showering the shower drained slow and smelled for a short time afterwards. Minor but annoying. Either way would still stay here again!

This is not exactly a traditional hotel. This is a very old (I’m a cool way) multi use building. Room 94 luxury is specifically two large apartments on the second and third floor. Each apartment has a common area and then individual rooms. Ours was actually quite large and had its own bathroom. On the third floor there is a terrace for use by both the apartments. The space is only staffed between 9-noon everyday but Manuela was an absolute gem. She helped out with taxis reservations and always had recommendations when asked. The building is very centrally located and everything was within a 30 min or less walking radius.

Elevator is a bit tiny and 2 people and bags are hard to fit. Manageable though

Nothin everything was great

Lovely historic apartments in the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable. From the apartment, it is convenient to reach all the attractions of Rome on foot. Directly from the apartment, there is a street leading to the Spanish Square, where all the main boutiques of the city are located. But this is for fashion lovers. The street turned out to be generally quiet, with few tourists, so at night no one disturbed us except the seagulls. There are many cozy cafes nearby where you can have breakfast or dinner, as well as several grocery stores. At the top of the apartment, there is access to a balcony where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The hostess Manuela was very friendly to us. Every morning she greeted us with a smile and put us in a good mood. She also kindly ordered us a taxi to the airport. Thank you, we'll be happy to come again)

The hotel is old but with a very beautiful and cozy terrace, we ate breakfast on the terrace and started our day with energy. Manuela was very, very kind and guided us and was always by our side and helped, the rooms were not very clean and were not cleaned well, the sheets were not changed every day. But Manuela's presence gave good and positive energy and we could not see the dirt. But the refrigerator was full every day, it had a great decoration and a boutique style of the hotel, the bathroom in the room was made of glass. Overall it was good.

The rooms have excellent location,ideal from touristic viewpoint. They are located in a beautiful old building,have nice design. We came late and it was not a problem to get into the room with instruction provided by the owner beforehand.There’s a small fridge and a coffee machine with coffee capsules. Manuela,our hostess,was a very nice and helpful. There’s also a beautiful terrace where one can have coffee.

Very nice location, walking distance to most places. The apartment building was very nice and it had an elevator. The room was nice, clean and had a nice private outdoor terrace space for enjoying breakfast and a glass of wine privately.

The shower was separated from the bathroom and had no door.. I would have liked a more private bathroom/shower.

The location of the house was perfect, very close to the main tourist attractions. Manuela was a very helpful and friendly host. Daily room cleaning and towel changes were available. They provided us with as many coffee capsules as we wanted. The rooms' decor resembles that of period films. The shared terrace is lovely, and you have the option to make your own coffee or Italian cocktails. It's definitely a place we would choose again when we return.

Room 94 Luxury was really excellent. Very comfortable beds, clean room, very nicely designed rooms, very beautiful terrace. All the areas I wanted to see in Rome were very close, in 5 minutes. Finally, I want to thank the amazing Emanuela, she is brilliant, very supportive, ready to help anytime, and gives advice about the best places you can visit in Rome.
