This hotel is in a GREAT location! Everything we wanted to see was within a very reasonable walking distance. We were lucky to find a place here, as our original booking didn't work out, and we needed somewhere to stay on the fly. They had one room open. It was very clean, with comfortable sleeping accommodations, a modern bathroom, easy-to-control room temperature, and even though the room was on the small side, there were enough places to put our stuff that we weren't tripping over it all the time. Each of the front desk clerks we interacted with was great - friendly, helpful, and always polite. The wi-fi was strong and always worked well. It was reasonably priced given the quality of the hotel and the excellent location. They even had a small elevator (lift) that was great for moving luggage and saving our tired legs and feet!

The only thing that could have been better was the TV. We didn't watch much because the signal wasn't great, and we couldn't set the subtitles to English. Luckily, most of our time was spent sightseeing, so the only time we would try to put it on was for an hour or two before bed, so we just scrolled on our phones instead.

Our stay in Rome was made absolutely perfect, and we owe a huge thank you to the wonderful staff. We want to give a special shout-out to the Filipina receptionist working the morning shift. She was, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. Her warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready to help with a genuine smile, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. It is this level of outstanding and personal service that makes a good hotel great. Because of her exceptional hospitality, we are already looking forward to our next trip to Rome. We will surely be booking here again and hope to be welcomed by her once more. Thank you for making our trip so special.

This is a very old, truly interesting building. We even had a mantelpiece in our room! The bed is nice, everything is clean. The staff even cleaned our room on a daily basis. The reception works 24/7 (which looks like a miracle in Rome), and guys on the reception are very friendly and willing to help. And you can leave your luggage in the hotel if you arrived earlier. The building in the very center, 5 minutes to Pantheon.

The property is literally 5 minutes away from all the attractions, such as Trevor Fountain, Spanish steps or Vatican. It is placed in a beautiful and safe area in the city center. Also, the building itself is very safe. Staff is sooo friendly and kindhearted, especially Uen (I am not sure if I spelled his name correctly, sorry if I haven’t). Me and my mom had the best experience in here and will definitely visit again!🥰

Maybe the bathroom sink and bath are a little bit outdated, that is why they have some scratches on them, but rather than that, bathroom is really clean and that’s what matters!

I was in need for a hotel for one night only and required to check in at 4 am in the morning. This hotel was the only one that would allow me do the check in during the night. The staff were friendly and always answered my emails and phone calls. It is a budget place and there are no other facilites like bar etc but all I needed was a bed and a shower. The location is superb. I had already booked my stay elsewhere but due to the strikes I had to change my flight and arrived a day earlier. I called so many other accommodations and no one was understanding with my circumstances apart from this hotel. Every member of the staff were friendly. They saved my day! Thank you

The hotel has the best location, on a walking distance of all touristic spots around Rome. The room was very comfortable and spacious and was cleaned daily. We were extremely pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A special thanks to Alvin! We will definitely visit again!

Staff was very helpful and nice. Easy accessibility and excellent location.

Shower temperature would change to either scorching hot or ice cold. Room size was tight with 2 suitcases.

The staff were super helpful and nice. the location couldn't be better. central and a few minutes away from the good stuff, in every direction. well connected with transportation. and the room was spacious and comfy

the building is old, and that comes with all the discomforts of an old building. if you are not easily putt off by a funny smell in the bathroom, or a shower that is not properly fixed, or a fridge that has a little spooky sound, then you are fine

The hotel is located in the center of the city very close (10 - 20 minutes) to most historical sights. You can actually see everything on foot. The hotel is in a very safe area and opened 24/7. Beds are very comfortable, there are extra pillows in the wardrobe so you can choose a pillow that suits you best. If you are visiting Rome for sightseeing and you just need a place to sleep this hotel is a perfect choice. Be fair and don’t expect a 5 star hotel, because it’s not. But you will get the most for price you’re paying. The staff is super friendly!!! I would highly recommend it.

A room is quite small and the walls are thin. You can hear noise from the street or your neighbors next door. The bathroom is old, but everything works.

Great location, friendly staff, flexible check in, our flights were delayed but they reassured me we would be able to check in late. Glad we had a fridge in the room as it was really hot outside.

For me, the only down side was no access to drinking water/drinks in the room. Need to be organised and bring bottles of water up to the room. Room smaller than I expected for 2 adults, but location was excellent and was very close to a few of them main attractions which definitely made it good value for money.
