Residenza Domizia was a cute little place in the central historical quite close to the Pantheon. This place was well situated and well priced for its location. I could easily wander everywhere and was always close to my accommodation. The room was reasonably sized and the bed was small but comfortable for a single traveler. Management was not on-site but was easily available by WhatsApp and would come to the site right away if anything was needed. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay when I was travelling alone and exploring Rome.

The room was just as described. Beds were comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great!! The shower itself, small. A small table in the bathroom would be helpful. I’ve stayed in Europe one other time, but was at a friends home, so I did not know that the first floor & the ground d floor are 2 different floors. So, having to walk up and down the stairs to the 2 floor was very difficult. I loved that they came in every day & made up the bed. The location was perfect& convenient to all our day trips.

Being on the “first” floor. Which is actually the second floor & having to take the stairs every day. Bad knees were the reason I needed a first/ground floor.

The location is superb, the place is beautiful and clean. The service was also very good, although we didn't meet anyone in person everything was taken care of over Whatsapp.

Bath towels were in theory supposed to be changed every 3 days, in our 5 day visit we didn't get any clean towels. The bathroom lacked a surface for toiletries and the shower stall is very small, a bigger person would have a very difficult time showering. But these are minor details, our stay was very pleasant.

This was the best location ever, very helpful and friendly staff, simple yet exactly what we were after. As soon as we walked off the pretty pedestrian street we walked into cool and beautiful Residenza Domizia. Very comfy beds and pillows. Loved the bathroom with its mosaic floor, and the buses are also only around the corner. Perfect!

Nothing really, but if I had to choose- We could have done with another chair to sit on when we came to relax in the afternoon, out of the sun. However the sofa in the hallway was also good.

The property is in an EXCELLENT location. It is a two minute walk to Piazza Navona. All of the attractions are in walking distance. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and it is clean. The staff was available and even alerted us to an upcoming transport strike.

We had the room that accommodates three people. It was tight. The shower was fine but was also a bit small with no place to put shampoo or soap (not a huge deal)

The location was excellent. In walking distance of all the main sights. The building itself is in a particularly charming street. The room was comfortable and very clean. While staff aren’t present at the residence all the time, communication was easy via WhatsApp and Alex was very helpful.

If you're looking for an authentic Rome experience, then this is the right place. If you want a hotel-chain style accommodation, look elsewhere. This "Residenza" (residence) is a six bedroom first floor flat / apartment in an old building in the heart of Rome. We had good communication with Irene via WhatsApp before and during our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting Raffaella who was very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully renovated in a contemporary interpretation of the cobble stoned neighbourhood. The location is excellent, in a quiet side alley near to the busy Piazza Navana. There is a taxi rank nearby, with all the sight seeing landmarks on our list within 1 to 15 minutes walking distance.

The location was excellent, the room was really clean and with nice design. It was very well equiped with many plugs (we each had our phones, tablets, power bank so it was really handy), full body mirror, hair dryer, even a spare adapter plug.

The wifi was someitmes working slow

The location is really central. Self check in and the video explaining the self check in process was really informative.

The hairdryer was burned the plastic outside the hairdryer was melted. There was another hairdryer but it was only working in cold mode so it was impossible to dry our hair.

Great location - a quiet corner but still close to the main attractions and public transport. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and communicated well. The building and neighbourhood felt very safe and there were plenty of food options around. The bathroom was spacious and had a radiator which was very useful in the rainy weather.

The fridge was broken and a bit smelly. The floor was a bit dirty when we got there. There was no shelf in the shower, and adjustable shower head was broken and did not hold its place.
