Residenza Domizia was a cute little place in the central historical quite close to the Pantheon. This place was well situated and well priced for its location. I could easily wander everywhere and was always close to my accommodation. The room was reasonably sized and the bed was small but comfortable for a single traveler. Management was not on-site but was easily available by WhatsApp and would come to the site right away if anything was needed. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay when I was travelling alone and exploring Rome.

The room was just as described. Beds were comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great!! The shower itself, small. A small table in the bathroom would be helpful. I’ve stayed in Europe one other time, but was at a friends home, so I did not know that the first floor & the ground d floor are 2 different floors. So, having to walk up and down the stairs to the 2 floor was very difficult. I loved that they came in every day & made up the bed. The location was perfect& convenient to all our day trips.

Being on the “first” floor. Which is actually the second floor & having to take the stairs every day. Bad knees were the reason I needed a first/ground floor.

The location is superb, the place is beautiful and clean. The service was also very good, although we didn't meet anyone in person everything was taken care of over Whatsapp.

Bath towels were in theory supposed to be changed every 3 days, in our 5 day visit we didn't get any clean towels. The bathroom lacked a surface for toiletries and the shower stall is very small, a bigger person would have a very difficult time showering. But these are minor details, our stay was very pleasant.

The location was perfect, right in the Centro Storico, lots of cafes, restaurants, piazzas around. The rooms were clean and had all the comforts you would expect. Complimentary coffee and tea were a bonus. Easy check in and check out, great communication with the hosts.

The rooms were not very well lit. I found we needed more light in the bedroom. Also the bedroom could have been a little bigger. The decor was a little old fashioned but then some people like that.

Loved this accommodation. Traditional building. Very handy location in between Colosseum and the Vatican. Within good walking distance of bus stop. Lovely room. Staff excellent. Lovely balcony window. Air con. Has a very relaxed feel. Trusting of guests. Definitely would return to this place.

The room backed onto an alley which could be a little noisy but wouldn’t stop us returning to the accommodation or that room.

It has a good location. There are restaurants nearby. Some attractions like the Pantheon are walking distance and others are quick to get to by bus. The air-conditioning worked well. There's no staff on site, but someone met us when we arrived to check us in. We were able to check in early when we arrived in the morning.

The beds could be better. Even just another pillow would make it more comfortable.

This was the best location ever, very helpful and friendly staff, simple yet exactly what we were after. As soon as we walked off the pretty pedestrian street we walked into cool and beautiful Residenza Domizia. Very comfy beds and pillows. Loved the bathroom with its mosaic floor, and the buses are also only around the corner. Perfect!

Nothing really, but if I had to choose- We could have done with another chair to sit on when we came to relax in the afternoon, out of the sun. However the sofa in the hallway was also good.

The property is in an EXCELLENT location. It is a two minute walk to Piazza Navona. All of the attractions are in walking distance. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and it is clean. The staff was available and even alerted us to an upcoming transport strike.

We had the room that accommodates three people. It was tight. The shower was fine but was also a bit small with no place to put shampoo or soap (not a huge deal)

The location was excellent. In walking distance of all the main sights. The building itself is in a particularly charming street. The room was comfortable and very clean. While staff aren’t present at the residence all the time, communication was easy via WhatsApp and Alex was very helpful.

Great location in the heart of Rome ! Only a short walk to all main attractions. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Checking in and out of the room was also very easy as made by the host !

The street noise was quite loud from the room as we were here during youth week for the Jubilee.
