Location was amazing! With the Piazza Navona right outside the window there were tons of great restaurants and shopping within 0-5 minutes walking distance. The view out of the room was unreal. Loved the modern look of the room and it was a decent size! Would highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again.

The B&B was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The view over Piazza Navona was absolutely unforgettable – a true Roman dream! Perfect central location, walking distance to everything. Quiet at night, despite being in the heart of the city. The staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed croissants and coffee each morning. Highly recommended – would definitely book again

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed, complete with a perfect view of Piazza Navona. The suites were in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere to see all the main attractions.

Location! Right on Piazza Navona. Central location to explore sights in Rome, lots of foos options in the area.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, good value for money

Slightly noisy at night due to Christmas market

The location was excellent, even though we were right on the piazza the noise was minimal. The size of the rooms were fabulous, the bathrooms were marvellous although the drainage was a little slow. The staff were fabulous, Andrea helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The availability of a service to the airport transport was greatly appreciated. The bathrooms were modern renovation and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, just not quite what we were expecting.

The breakfast was limited and only available in our rooms. There was one lounge chair although another would have been appreciated. This is more of a Pensione rather than a palazzo, however it is still very comfortable with only 3 rooms in the “palazzo” space. There is no lift so you will need to carry your cases up stairs however there was help available with that.

We stayed for eight days to celebrate the new year. Obviously, the location is perfect. The junior suite was very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather, but it would not have been a problem with a day, where we had to stay at home because of the weather. There is always somebody who complains about beds, if they are not like they are used to at home, but we had no problems with that at all. In addition to this the host were friendly and welcomming. And very helpful. Because of our age (80) the chairs up to suite would have been a challenge if we had to carry our luggage ourselves. But we did not even have to ask for help. They met us at the entrance and started carrying the luggage before we said a word about it.

The apartment overlooks Piazza Navona and has a balcony so you can enjoy the atmosphere of this buzzing square. We loved 'people watching' and listening to the bustling sounds, while sharing a bottle of wine on the balcony. Location and view are the clear selling points- but you need to be willing to pay for it. On top of this, the staff were lovely; helpful, kind, informative and very welcoming. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience what it's like to be in the heart of the city. The mini-fridge was stocked with complementary water and soft drinks: a nice touch. Sound-proofing was perfect- when we wanted to shut out the noise of the square, is was completely blocked.

Plastic wine glasses; while we understood the logic, we couldn't quite work out the quality: these were really cheap plastic glasses and there are much nicer ones on the market. For a place charging relatively high prices, better quality glasses seem in order.

The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Even though it is a hotel room, you didn’t feel bothered or pestered with room service (breakfast) or being up and out for housekeeping. It’s was perfection!!
