The property is in such a good location. It was within walking distance of everything. We arrived late so the reception was closed but the staff gave us super helpful instructions on how to complete self check in. It was late before we arrived and the friendly staff said they were available to call if we had any issues getting in. Early checkout was really easy too. I left some stuff in my room when I was leaving, staff text me to let me know and arranged it to be sent via mail to me. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

The location was something out of a movie, right on the square. So close to everything, wow! If I could live there forever I would. The woman who checked us in was amazingly helpful and without asking, she double-checked our travel information and ensured we didn't miss our bus to Naples. Turns out, we almost went to wrong bus station. Room wasn't large, but well organized and very clean. Nice bathroom.

Everything was great.

Location was everything here. I walked to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican. There's a great little fast food location of pretty good pasta downstairs. Also, air conditioner was fantastic..for an American that meant a lot for me.

Checkout is at 1030 which I thought was a little early but you could leave your bags at reception if needed.

Navona Stay is a fabulous place to stay in Rome.The location is perfect. So close to all the main things to see. I walked to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great. Modern, clean, comfortable and good amenities. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay there again. It was great value for the price.

Located in a great area. Walking distance to everything. Staff was great and very helpful - it was our first time in Rome/italy so greatly appreciated all their help.

It is in a very popular area - so if you do not want a lot of noise especially late at night it may not be your favorite place. Keep in mind with packing (basically for everywhere not just for this property) that you most likely will have some stairs to go up and down!

The location is perfect! Close to major sites and walking distance to best spots.

Charged for a "superior" room with a view, but the piazza is under construction and nothing was visible from window. Our room was exactly the same as the other couple we were traveling with who had a "standard" room. There was no stair lift to get luggage up first level of stairs to the elevator.

We loved the modern vibe of the room and the cleanliness. We had a great view of Piazza Navona, but it was from a window, so you had to stand to look out. The bed was comfy and the a/c was great. There was lots of storage. The location can't be beat. This is a great area to hang out at night, with lots of restaurants and bars, and some street performers.

The bathroom was small, but nice. The bidet takes up valuable space.

The room was spacious and clean, spa bath was amazing, the balcony was perfect to enjoy an aperol spritz and a book.

I requested that no one enter the room while I was staying there and while I was out I came back to a note left on my bed that could of simply been slid under the door or sent via email or sms. Also the shower head was a bit ridiculous, the size and condition of it made water go everywhere.

The location of this property is perfect! Piazza Navona is steps away and the other historical places are well within walking distance. The managers were very helpful – gave a great gelato recommendation! They also allowed us to bring bags in early and leave them later so we could walk about without our luggage.

Central located… If you are a first time traveler trying to figure out where to stay, stay here. Rooms have been remodeled and air conditioning works great… Very helpful and friendly staff… Shout out to Francesca!!
