Our location was FANTASTIC! We had not been to Rome before and I took the advice of a travel blogger on this hotel. It did not disappoint. The room was beautiful (each one a little different) and the view TREMENDOUS! Right in the middle of the Square. The location was idyllic, and we were truly walking distance from most things. LOTS of restaurants and shopping right around the square and just felt magical where we stayed. We also enjoyed a beautiful breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city. I would highly recommend.

Located on Navona Square, in a building that exudes history, this apartment complex offers all modern features in the true sense of luxury. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, intelligent lighting solutions in the apartment with touch sensors in several locations in the room and mirrors that make the space bigger are a hit and guarantee a pleasant stay. In our apartment there was also a hydromassage tub and a separate shower, together with a double sink and a bidet - a really rich and luxurious bathroom. The room is cleaned twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, and they leave you a gift every day in the room to make your stay even more pleasant. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The rooftop bar offers a unique landscape above Rome.

We asked the staff to help us with our suitcases from the corner of the square, which they gladly did. But they still dragged the suitcases on their own. It would help if they had a trolley so that they could carry the suitcases across the square.

The rooftop bar is a stunning location for breakfast and an evening drink. The room and attention to detail was incredible 😍 we were so lucky to get to stay here at the last minute when our plans changed and were so grateful to the wonderful staff for taking care of us.

Nothing - everything was superb

LOCATION is 10/10 and even though on busy Piazza Navona rooms are super quiet and relaxing. Loved the luxury bath and Molton Brown products after a busy day walking. Nice touch with treats left in room when you returned at night. Roof terrace amazing for drinks and nibbles. Breakfast very nice also. The whole place has a sense of calm and relaxation which is definately needed after the busy streets and sightseeing.

Nothing, lived up to expectations!!

The hotel’s location is excellent. As soon as you step outside, you find yourself in the square. The room was clean and nice. The staff were also very friendly.

Instead of placing a deposit hold on the credit card, they simply write down the card details on paper. This could be a security risk. They should process the hold through the POS machine. Additionally in the evenings, the radiator doesn’t work, so the room gets very cold, but I think this is a general problem in Rome.

Employees are amazing,location is wonderful But the hotel needs renovation,there was a sink middle of the room and above them sinks there was sockets.When I was trying to charge my phone I falled phone on sink and sink was broken 😃.imagine what kind of sink has to be intensive, I called reception and call them for explanation what was happened.Finally they took from me 2.500 euro.You should be careful there was a lot stuff old and sensitive.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to all of the sights of Rome and lovely restaurants nearby. They had some birthday balloons and cake in the room for my partner and left sweet gifts each evening. We loved the view of Piazza Navona from our room. Staff were helpful in organising airport transfer for us too.

Would like if the gym was open earlier in the morning but not a big deal

Location is the best! We got a room with the view of Piazza Navona! AMAZING! 🥰 The bathroom is big! Shower on the small side but at least 2 sides slide open. Would be nice if breakfast was already included; it cost more to add it on, it was much cheaper to eat at the restaurants around the Piazza. The staff were very friendly too, smiling and accommodating! Not snobby at all! They prepared a sweet surprise for us, it was our anniversary and we got a big pastry 😊 Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends

The drapes I think cheapen the rooms. Wall mouldings would make it more elegant (in my opinion). Parking is kind of a pain since it’s ZTL. Garage was walking distance, we just had to downsize our bags, bring enough change of clothes for the duration of our stay.

Absolutely loved the newly renovated room, the bed was the most comfy bed out of our entire trip, was so lush. The room was perfect. The view and location were amazing be the roof top bar / lounge area was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring.

Only thing I can say was that our ‘do not disturb’ was not respected by the cleaning staff and both days entered the room whilst this was on. Apart from that I couldn’t fault this place.
