All of the staff were fantastic! Michele was there to greet myself and my Mum the first night we arrived at the hotel and did not mind that we had arrived later than check in time as he explained the hotel had a 24hr reception which was great. He was a very nice gentleman and showed us around our generously sized room and gave us a map highlighting the top spots of Rome - Great customer service! Myself and my mum really enjoyed speaking with Claudia several times throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and she provided us both with great customer service! The same could be said for Faruk who was a very nice gentleman and Enrico who were also very nice and they both provided us with great customer service. The centrality of the location was fantastic! We were a stones throw away from the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and still close enough to walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountains. Very nice clean safe area with tasty food places also nearby. Breakfast everyday was also a very nice touch. The food was very tasty particularly the cakes which my mum and myself enjoyed and it kept us fuelled until lunchtime everyday. I would conclude by saying this hotel is in an excellent location with brilliant amenities but most of all it provides fantastic customer service with really lovely staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Navona! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. To our surprise , they upgraded us to a room that was not just one level better but several levels above what we booked. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists took the time to recommend places to visit on a map. His tips really helped us make the most of our time in Rome. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many major attractions. We are so grateful for the amazing service and unforgettable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Navona to anyone visiting Rome!

Great location and within easy walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Novana and many shops and restaurants. Room was very clean when we checked in and the staff kept it clean throughout our 9 day stay. The shower was a nice size which you don’t always find in European hotels. Room was spacious with a nice size closet with hangers and shelves. The room also had a small safe and a mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Furuk. We would recommend this property!

The windows are good quality but on Friday and Saturday nights we could hear some loud guests at the restaurant next door. No big deal just be aware if you are a light sleeper and get a room facing the side street.

Excellent location in the center of Rome. You are able to reach all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are very clean recently renovated although the hotel located in a second floor in a residential building but I found the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. For the value we paid and the location we stayed, the hotel is excellent and highly recommend it.

I would recommend if the hotel would invest more in the entrance hall of the building as it looks more as a private residential with no looby or enough signs for a hotel.

The property is very welcoming. The staff are respectful, attentive, and helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. I absolutely love the location of the hotel, as it is near many of the important sightseeing places like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo de Fiori, and Piazza Navona. It also is walking distance to the Colosseum and Spanish steps. In addition, the hotel is near multiple churches that are breathtaking when you walk inside them. Moreover, there is a lot of restaurant options near the hotel including Osteria da Fortunata, Mr. 100 Tiramisu, Baguette joint where they make great paninis, and cocktail bars. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again.

Perfect location to all the major sites in Rome. We were able to walk to every major site in under 30 minutes. Walking through Rome is not strenuous at all and all the alleyways are beautiful and have tons of shops and food options. There is an amazing Tiramisu place right outside the hotel that always has a line! Worth stopping in for an evening snack! Fantastic staff who are super helpful.

Would be nice to have a pool or spa, but hard to have a perfect location with all the amenities at a reasonable price point.

We arrived by taxi, the entrance was in an alley, the taxi had to park about a block away which cause us trouble rolling our suitcase on the cobble stone. The entrance is on the second floor and all our luggage didn't fit in the elevator. There was no directions on where the office was except for a small sign pointing upstairs. very confusing. May daughters stayed around the corner at the Plaza Novania which, if was coming back I would stay there.

Clean, centrally located, excellent customer service. Attentive 24 hour staff. Air conditioning was excellent for the hot July days - so many places do not have adequate A/C so this American appreciates being able to turn down the thermostat to 18 C / 65 degrees Also great showers with excellent water pressure. Towels were top notch and actually covered your body! There is an elevator!

Only problem we had was last day ordered taxi to ciampino airport from reception, and taxi took us to fiumicino airport as requested by reception?! obviously we didn't request this airport, so was a very expensive experience as we then had to transfer to another taxi to get to right airport, so probably better communication / understanding with reception staff. Also maybe a mirror in the bedrooms we travelled with teenagers and getting ready was hard work with one mirror.

The location is great, and though noisy in the evenings, shutting the window and the shutters kept things quiet. The room was larger than I’d expected from a reservation with “small” in the name—it was very compact, but not cramped. And the staff was extremely helpful with problems that had nothing to do with them, and explaining strikes (bus) and calling taxis. They were quite willing to store our bags when we arrived very early, and let us into our room three hours before check in. The room was bright, clean, and attractive. Charming, cheerful place. Loved the little courtyard at the entrance, and the fact that the elevator always worked.

The bathroom and especially the shower were tiny enough that larger people might have problems. Also, the bathroom pocket door latch lacked the hardware to latch. The unexpected step between the bedroom and bathroom tripped me once. The elevator has automatically closing doors the could be dangerous for children or inattentive people.
