Renovated and Great central location, safe and secure with easy access to everything you’d want to see in Rome. The host and staff (Daniele 1 and Daniele 2) are extremely friendly and engaging. They’ll make your stay a memorable one. 😁

Try asking for a room that isn’t street side. Our room was adjacent street entry of the hotel which Can get noisy at night with people and vehicles passing through. Sound proofing the windows would help. Being a central location I had expected some noise, though it was more than I had anticipated.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, all major attractions are a few minutes' walk away. The staff is very friendly. the rooms are clean and tidy.

The only problem we had is that the reception staff is not present 24 hours a day, so after they left, some guests were shouting in the corridor, banging on doors, generally being very loud and behaving inappropriately (this of course has to do with arrogant guests who took advantage of the absence of staff! )

The proximity to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori was exceptional. Heart of the historic area. We walked everywhere! The staff is beyond friendly!! They were very accomodationg. Our stroller did not arrive on time and the staff went out of their way to help us fill out paperwork and email back to the airport so that it could be delivered to our hotel room. I was very happy with all of the staff members. It was simple but clean. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but an elevator was available so no problem there.

No breakfast. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Breakfast and coffee shops were all around us, only a minute walk.

No breakfast was offered at the hotel but was easy to have from nearby cafeterias. Supermarkets were also easy to reach. All people working at the hotel were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is in the centre of Rome, near the Pantheon and very close to other cites. We managed to see many places on foot and enjoyed the scenery and what was happening as we walked. Managed to take a lot of photos.

The hotel is in an excellent position in Rome! The room and bathroom were also comfortable and clean. We would have appreciated if the dining area was more equipped. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

The hotel staff here are amazing, they are so helpful and kind. The location is really nice as well, super close to the Pantheon which is a pretty good central location, yet not on the square so its a little more chill. It feels secure, theres two security doors, one for the building and one for the “hotel”, which is actually just a floor of the building with hotel rooms, its not a hotel like in the traditional sense but I actually liked it. There is not a person physically present in reception 24 hrs (but they are available by phone if needed), and theres no food service but neither of these were important to us. They still help with recommendations and they even got us a reservation at a nice restaurant last minute.

This is an incredibly well priced hotel. The rooms are new and clean, smaller but still comfortable for two people with suitcases. There’s a fridge but no coffee making facilities (you don’t need them, just head downstairs to one of the great cafes nearby). Double glazed windows and air conditioning. The standout was the customer service, the person checking us in spent 10 minutes circling attractions in Rome and the best walking routes to take from the hotel to see everything. It is obvious the staff take a lot of pride in their work, the hotel, and their city, Rome.

No laundry service, but there is a self service speed queen laundromat a 10 min walk away.

Location is excellent. A few minutes' walk from the Pantheon with its great, bustling piazza. A highlight there for us was Antica Salumeria with its great selection of cured meats, cheeses and wine. Having a platter and a glass of wine in the back of this shop is worth the visit. Hotel very central in historic district. Quiet with little traffic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Many restaurants nearby and next to reputably one of the best coffee shops in Rome, Sant Eustachio il caffe. A short walk to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Would stay here again.

The safe was loose in the cupboard so we didn't use it. One can expect to pay a bit more in the heart of Rome, but it was worth it.

Location, location, location! This is a basic hotel in a phenomenal location. Easy walking distance to so many ancient Rome sites. And if you’re saving your steps for inside the Vatican or Colosseum, the taxi stand is just around the corner. Our days were action packed. We were looking for a clean and quiet spot in a good location with a good bed and a hot shower. This hotel fit the bill.

The location was fabulous. Just minutes from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. 2 rooms slept 5 . I was expecting one room with a double and 3 single beds , however we had 2 double and a single. This worked out for us as we were travelling with children that were ok to sleep together . The room was clean and comfortable The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful

Information regarding how to access the building for the first time would have been useful but we worked it out in a few minutes
