Great location. 2 very large rooms which had everything we needed. We didn't cook at all so cannot assess whether facilities were sufficient - just used fridge for breakfast and drinks. Supermarket about 5 min walk away. So good that we had a washing machine - love not having to find a laundromat! Owner arranged our transfer to airport with a driver who hardly spoke any English however was the most fun and friendly person - we had time so he took us to a look out over Rome. We had such a fun experience trying to communicate with him :)

Location was great (near pantheon and plaza Navona) also easy to take public transport and the apartment was very comfy and quiet.

The elevator was very very small. The bed was a bit small.

We stayed at Sant’Ivo Apartments and were absolutely delighted! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The interior strikes a lovely balance between style and comfort, with great attention to detail. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace overlooking the dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza — a true oasis of calm. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there felt like little celebrations. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel the spirit of Rome. The hosts were very attentive, always available and helpful. A fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy Rome in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was a bit chilly. In the past, guests were greeted with fruits and prosecco, but unfortunately, this time there was none. It would be great to revive the tradition.

The studio was small but cozy, offering a cute and comfortable atmosphere. It was clean and had everything I needed, including a coffee maker, an iron, a small stove, and a table that worked perfectly as a desk. Located on the 4th floor, there was a small elevator, but it was a bit of a tight fit. The lively balcony provided a beautiful view, and I especially appreciated the access to a great terrace. Finding a place in the center of Rome with a balcony at a good price wasn't easy, but this place was great. I'll definitely be staying here again if I return to Rome—I even tossed a coin into the Trevi Fountain, so I hope to be back!

Just get it. The highlight for the Rome trip was apartment and pizza making class. At least I like that over there. The property in great location the most popular sightseeing just 10-15 minutes walking!!! The apartment was clean, we had 4th floor with balcony. But there is also terrace, the terrace has beautiful view and you can just sit sipping coffee or wine and enjoy the beauty. There is a washing machine in the property also, and the most important AIR CONDITIONER! We had welcomed bottle of wine also.

Everything was fine, I might just say a few more utensils would be great especially for egg frying. But it wasnt a big problem you can flip it with a fork )

Communications via WhatsApp immediately prior to connecting flight to FCO and once on the ground, excellent. My mom and I loved the private patio - one of the main reasons I booked this specific listing. The location is perfect. I've been to Rome 1-2x/year post-COVID, and I keep trying to find the PERFECT location. This IS THE PERFECT location. My mom kept asking "how much farther" to walk, and I kept saying, "10 minutes". Vero. If you are looking for the absolute perfect location, this is it! PS...the weather was absolutely wonderful, which only added to our time on the private patio.

Our dislikes are trivial. I would have loved instructions for the washing machine! For me, there wasn't a moka pot. For my mom, there wasn't daily "room" service - she has an issue with towels. If these are the worst issues to find with a stay, I'd call it a win!

Ease of checkin and location

We’ve stayed in Rome for 3 days. This apartment is a great choice - it is 2 minutes from Navona square, really close to historical objects as well as shopping area. Even Vatican is in 30 minutes walk. The host is great and helpful. We had no problems to get to the apartment. Additionally Jacopo helped to book a taxi at night tonight airport. This place has everything you need - small kitchen, big bed, big enough and new bathroom, balcony with great view and a terrace upstairs. Great value for money. Exciting experience. Truly recommend

Location was perfect. Close to Pantheon and ideally located centrally between the different areas we visited (Monti, Trastevere & Vatican). We were extremely pleased with the Terrace. From the description we were unsure if we would have access however upon arrival was told it was a shared terrace that we could use anytime. A lot of space on the terrace and plenty seating and beautiful flowers! We enjoyed taking our wine up to the terrace, after long day site seeing, watching the sun set over the rooftops! The bed was extremely comfortable. A/C was quiet and did a brilliant job of keeping the room cool. Felt extremely safe in the apartment with several lockable doors throughout the apartment buildings.

Nothing. Everything exceeded expectations!

The apartment was a 3 minute walk to the Pantheon all other major sights were within easy walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, we were a party of 3 and had plenty of room. The terrace was an added bonus, great for breakfast or evening drinks. The decor was fabulous. Jacopo looked after our arrival and departure and was super was any advice or help we needed. The kitchen had coffee, sugar and basic condiments. We found the washing machine very useful, particularly with the large terrace to hang the clothes. On the day if departure, the facility to leave our suitcases all day was great. Access to the building and apartment was very easy. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome for a few days, it was like hike from home.
