Warm welcome, felt like they really wanted to look after you. Gave us milk for our coffee, beds comfortable, shower was great, nice relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was better than expected based on previous reviews which was very welcome. Cleaned room each day, safe in the room, excellent central location but also quiet at night for sleep. Carrefour express across the road for whatever you need.

It was slightly less polished than the pictures portrayed, but it's was actually perfect for what we needed.

Such a great location, literally in the centre of everything! Pantheon 2 minutes down the road, Colosseum it took us 15 mins. Housekeeping offered everyday, you can also choose to have breakfast (we didn’t but they had a good variety of options). We found it very easy to find - and host was helpful in answering any questions we had. Would recommend this over and over again! Had a city view which didn’t disappoint watching the chaos.

Wi-Fi not the strongest but we were out most of the day anyway! I read some reviews about hearing the other people in the rooms, we only heard the shower come on and that was it, nothing that disturbed us.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and good communication beforehand. Its perfectly located within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions as well as food- the cafe just opposite does amazing pizza and there is a gelato shop up the road that does amazing affargato. The room was very comfy with a great view and even though it's central you don't hear much noise from outside! The room was much bigger than i expected and the bathroom was lovwly and soarkiling clean! There is a lift, you have to walk up a few stairs (10 or so) to get to it but its very handy for getting luggage up! Breakfast can be added each day and there is a good choice, it arrives on time and is perfect with the view! We would love to come back next time we are in Rome, it was a lovely experience and great room to stay in.

Alexander was communicative days before our stay and made accommodations for us to have a taxi pick us up at 4:00 AM. He also assisted us in getting from the port to hotel. When we arrived , he greeted us gave us a map with detailed information about what to do in Rome. The hotel is in a great area with lots of good food choices and a 15-20 minute walk to attractions. It’s also conveniently in front of a bus station so we didn’t have to walk our luggage through the street.

Location couldnt have been better. Situated right near plenty of attractions. Tax stands right across the road and plenty of great food nearby. Nicole was a great host and helped us with plenty of information leading up to and whilst we were in Rome. Great accommodation.

Everything was great, but this is not a room for 4 people. We did not have enough room to even open our suitcases. Very small space but overall still satisfied.

The location was awesome. Everything was walkable, some great restaurants not ridiculously priced, a market nearby, some sweet shops, and brilliant public transport. We loved our stay. Rooms aren't huge but that's ok. The only thing I'd suggest is putting in a glass shelf into the bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the double glazing on the window made the room quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and accepted a parcel for us and notified us. We would definitely stay here again. We loved Rome.

I love the cleanliness and high ceiling. Furthermore, the security was top notch and they arranged all transportation and communication was clear precise. Looking forward to go back.

The location is amazing. You have ruins outside your window! . The check in process was very easy, we arrived late and an envelope was waiting with our key.

It's overly pricey for the size of the room and the facilities. It's also extremely noisy.. but you are in Rome. There are also quite a few multiple levels in a very small space that are trip hazards, especially night toilet visits.

The location was fantastic. Run outside the Argentinian Square. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.

The breakfast included on where we were staying wasn’t actually on the property. It was on the other side of the square when we got up there the choices were very limited and not something that we would particularly enjoy for breakfast..

The room was very clean and neat!! We had always hot water for shower, fridge for our food and drinks, many towels that were changed daily with clean ones and very fast internet. Everyday we had homemade breakfast from our lovely host and it was served in our room!!! The room was also cleaned daily every morning!! Also the place was very safe with coded locks on every door so that we didn't have to worry about our stuff being safe. Many thanks and love to our host that made everything so much easier since he helped us very much when we arrived at the airport by giving information on how to reach Little Queen Relais by train to the terminal train station and then with the bus. There was a bus stop right outside of our room. It's important to say that the last day we were leaving very early so we couldn't have proper breakfast but our host took care of that and gave us the previous day food to eat before our departure and to take with on our flight (packed cheese and ham and bread to make sandwiches, a packed big bottles of fresh juice, yogurt, homemade cake and much more just for that special breakfast). That was maybe the best experience that we had in a hotel/b&b in our life because of the helpfulness and kindness of our host!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
