Fabulous staff. Very attentive. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning and a free beverage and aperitif at the bar each evening.

We were on the 1st floor and could hear/feel the bass of the music from the restaurant below the property. Unfortunately the music started at 7:00 am and played until 11:00 pm. Try to avoid a 1st floor room if you can.

This was our first trip to Rome. After countless internet searches, we decided to go with Torre Argentina Relais-Residenze di Charme. This hotel is such a hidden gem. All of the major attractions, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and the Colosseum are within walking distance. The room service was excellent! The hotel staff was extremely friendly; especially our server Faruq. Faruq was the most delightful person we met in all of Italy; how lucky the hotel is to have him. The breakfast they served every morning was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel; you will be delighted!😊

We stayed in the wellness suite. It is a beautiful room. Extremely comfortable bed. Robes, slippers, etc supplied. Breakfast served in room every day and it was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and sampled everything on the menu! Not huge portions but enough to start the day. Faruq brought our breakfast each day and he was extremely nice and friendly. Any problems we had were responded to straight away with no issues. The location is absolutely fantastic. 5 mins for the Pantheon. We bought week-long passes for the public transport but barely used them - walked everywhere until our last day. Easy to get to from the airport using train and bus.

The water pressure is very low for the facilities and the temperature of the water in the jacuzzi was not hot. We brought this to the attention of the staff and if was looked at but there was no real fix. The jacuzzi and steam room/sauna cannot be operated at the same time - the power circuit breaker trips! But once we knew this - it was manageable. We would probably select a smaller/standard room next time. Most of our time was spent outside the hotel anyway.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Its location, staff, the hotel itself, and breakfast were excellent. The location was perfect—it was very close to the Colosseum, the Vatican, and the Pantheon. Most places were within a 5-minute walking distance, so we barely needed to use public transportation. As for breakfast, I highly recommend opting for it. There was a wide variety of options, and it saved us time to explore Rome. The view from our room was also amazing. It overlooked the ancient ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were remarkable, especially Faruq, who went above and beyond to assist us, taking care of our every need. He was the most attentive staff member I’ve ever encountered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The corridors of the hotel always smelled wonderful. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay here, and if you are planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel.

This was an exceptional stay in almost every way. We stayed in the wellness suite, which was an incredible value for our time there over New Year's. We could not check in on time due to a medical mishap with the previous guest, so the hotel offered free drinks and snacks and also a free bottle of rather good champagne which we enjoyed on New Year's Eve as well as a free in-room breakfast, which was great. On top of this they gave everyone in the hotel a bottle of Prosecco on New Year's Eve and there were complementary chocolates and sweets in the room. The view over the Roman ruins was incredible and we looked directly at the tree planted atop the very spot Julius Caesar was assassinated, which is now a cat sanctuary. The spa facilities (IN THE ROOM!) were also fantastic, though they all took some planning and time to heat up (or fill up, as was the case with the jacuzzi—several hours was needed for the sauna to heat up). The location is also really excellent for walking to virtually every major sight in Rome. The staff were super welcoming and kind—special shout out to Mia (if I have that spelling right) who had just started there and was quite accommodating on check out.

The sauna and steam room could have heated up faster, and the jacuzzi could have filled up faster. But really, if these are the biggest problems you have on your trip to Rome, you know you are doing pretty well for yourself.

The room was very bright, quirky and spacious and the view from our balcony was great. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, nothing was a problem especially when I forgot my photo ID for the Colosseum and Marta was able to email a copy of my passport so I didn't have to return to the hotel to get it... brilliant! Faruk was amazing, nothing was ever a problem, brought our luggage to our room, served us lovely welcome drinks at the bar, brought our "amazing" breakfast to our room each morning and gave us helpful information for our trip and always with a smile 😊 we would 100% stay here again.

Honestly Loved everything....if I was to be really picky i would just prefer the bathroom door to close properly!🤔

Our stay at Torre Argentina Relais - Residenze di Charme in Rome exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is simply perfect – all the major attractions were within walking distance, allowing us to enjoy walks through the historic center without wasting time and energy. The room was spacious and cozy, with a stunning view of the ancient ruins, which captivated us from the very morning. Delightful breakfasts were served in the room with a diverse selection of dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any question. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the lovely gift – a teddy bear for our 1.5-year-old son. He was thrilled! We would like to express our immense gratitude to the hotel employee Farouq for his professionalism and responsiveness. We confidently recommend Torre Argentina Relais - Residenze di Charme to anyone dreaming of an unforgettable vacation in Rome!

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was right in the middle of all the best parts of Rome, in our opinion, and made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was much better than anticipated with a very comfortable bed, great views of Largo di Torre Argentina, and a fantastic shower. But our favorite part was Farouk, who was so incredibly helpful and always around if we had any questions. We did not opt for breakfast as we left the hotel very early each morning for sightseeing but they had snacks in the afternoon and left us goodies in our room.

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. It was perfect for our needs.

This was a GREAT place!! Felt like we got dropped into a Hollywood movie. Right in the middle of town with active archeological site (Area Sacra di Largo Argentina, believed to be where Julius Caesar was assinated). Qaint hotel door opened into a surprising ancient & modern aesthetic.  The hotel is central to attractions east of the Tiber River. And the street car can easily cross over the river to Vatican and Trasteverse areas. Check in was easy.  Our hotel manager exuded hospitality and friendliness. If you have seen the "Grande Budapest Hotel" movie, the staff at this hotel reminded us  M. Gustave (hotelier) and staff -- wonderful! If you have yet to see the movie, please do so. Art imitates life at the Torre Argentina Relais! Faruq was a delight, delivering our luggage upon checkin, and breakfast daily. He even offered coffee upon return when we missed breakfast for  an early morning tour. Ludivico was also very friendly at our evening happy hours and answered many questions about Rome and his experience as a Roman. The nightly chocolate sweets on our turned down bed was nice touch.  Facilities were great! Our room and bathroom were small but perfect. Strong hot water, cold a/c, comfortable bed. ❤️❤️ P.S. Color therapy lighting? Woooooo

What this discreet boutique hotel lacks in communal areas such as a restaurant or working bar it more then makes up for in staff attentiveness care and responsiveness. Communication from the start of the booking to when we departed was excellent Breakfast was high quality Location was good with bus stops directly out the front of the building

Breakfast was 5 star quality but served in the room and we did not have adequate dining facilities to eat it at the table but this is not indicative of all the rooms which are all different (we were shown a few on departure by the lovely porter ) The taxi driver did not know where the hotel was and its entrance can be easily missed as it is just a door which can be mistaken for residential apartments. A tip is to say that it is in Caesars square so that you do not get dropped at the other end of the street
