Excellent location in Rome-- it was easy to take a bus from Termini to Piazza Argentina, and the bus stop was directly in front of the hotel. A little challenging to find the entry the first time, as you have to go to an iron gate and find the intercom buttons for the hotel and tell them your name or room number, but no problem after that. Desk staff extremely informative on where everything in the room is and how it works. There was a FULLY stocked mini-fridge with more snacks than we could ever have eaten and was replenished daily. They even gave us a gift of a 500g DeCecco regional dried pasta on the way out. Air conditioner worked great for nights, and we had a beautiful view of the Argentina ruins/cat sanctuary out our east facing window.

Everything was pretty cramped, but that's to be expected in an old apart-hotel type building. No hotels we stayed at provided hair conditioner--bring your own or prepare to buy it.

Close proximity to landmarks. Excellent 10/10 service

Even though a pensionne there were no luggage racks nor any drawers only a wardrobe with 7 hangers. We had to put luggage on a small table and balance another on a chair. Also really really think it needs to include the fact there are 4 flights up to the lobby, another flight of stairs up to rooms, and in room 2 and very very very dangerous two steps from bedroom to shower area.

Awesome location near the "must see in Roma" places, vary buse lines and tram are going near the hotel, one bus stop is in front of Hotel. Very friendly recepcionists, but one was so excellent. Breakfast corner was very rich and varied. If you want real coffee in the morning, you can go in front of hotel, where are options to buy coffee (e.g. Capuccino 1,50€ take away, 3,50€ u stolu).

Holiday was so short ;-) Maybe bed can be replaced, because is little bit noise.

This absolutely exceeded expectations: close to a bus stop, so easy to get to/from the airport; the staff were so friendly and helpful and offered lots of ideas on what to do while in Rome; the room (although small) was clean and had everything we needed including a fridge with all the snacks and treats you could dream of that was topped up daily, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was compact but clean and the shower was great; location is incredible (10 min walk from the Pantheon / 20 min walk from the Colosseum) and there are cafes right outside that serve fantastic suppli. If you're planning to explore Rome for a few days (we were there for 4 nights) then this is the absolute best spot to stay in and I could not recommend it enough!

I thought I reviewed already but here is is - outstanding customer service. Negatives - need luggage rack - we put luggage on a chair and a table. Second - you must put on your website that it is 4 flights of stairs up and the room we had was I believe #2 and there is a couple of dangerous steps from bathroom to main area. Next time I will ask for a room that is all on one floor.

It's an amazing boutique hotel with artistic touch, staff was super helpful and suggestions for restaurants didn't disappoint. Bonus part, location- close to all Pantheon, Fountain Trevi, Colosseum and many more, literally in the city centre to all places you are planned to visit including Vatican. Room is beautiful, feel like in the museum, including back & foot massager!! Believe me- you will need it after all day walking in the city of Rome!! love this place!! highly recommend it! The breakfast is all in the room including coffee machine, other beverage(alcoholic & non alcoholic), lots of prepacked bruschettas, pancakes, olives, salami, variety of cheese, plenty of snacks, won't disappoint.

The location is perfect for walking to the Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, etc right in the middle of all the ancient piazzas with it's buzzing Caffe life for breakfast and evening meals. The room was great a real experience in its own right the fridge is packed with everything you need to eat and drink which is refilled each day at no extra cost 😃 honestly you won't go hungry, we had breakfast in the square but there is so much food in the room you could just stay in the room looking out over the square or courtyard. Air conditioning works well there's a foot bath, foot and back massager, slippers, toiletries, very clean etc ect honesty you will love it. The staff are lovely all welcoming and speaking English is great 👍🏻. If you want a room that looks like a UK travel inn this is not the hotel for you, if you want a unique Roman experience which is going to make your holiday a memorable book this hotel 😃

Nothing, all I would say is at the choosing the room stage I would of liked to have been able to choose a room with views over the piazza or overlooking the inside courtyard even if I had to pay extra for the view. It was a little bit of a disappointment to not get a piazza view, in my mind I had a mental picture of a room with a view but in the end I think the courtyard rooms are quieter better for a good night's sleep 😴 and because of the extreme heat in June we closed the windows and shutters to make the most of the air-conditioning.

Fabulous quirky hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. The room was stocked daily with food, drinks and toiletries. We were even treated by the Hotel owner to a free dinner at a restaurant close by called restaurant Ana on our last night . Steps up to hotel and rooms which could cause issues for some but was no issue for us. Location excellent and within walking distance of all major attractions. We didn't use public transport or taxis during our stay except to and from airport. Rooms compact.We would definitely highly recommend and stay again .

Hotel was incredible! Our room was beautiful, the location was great with major attractions just walking distance away. The mini fridge was stocked daily with many snacks and drinks to choose from all included in the price of the room. The AC and massage chair in room were perfect to come back to after walking around the city all day. The best part of the hotel is the exceptional staff, very kind, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the beautiful city of Rome!

Hotel staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Little things that made it, fully restocked fridge daily, clean and fab location. They were so kind to treat us to a meal on them in a little restaurant on our last night too which was amazing.
