You cannot expect a better location. It's just opposite to Largo Argentina. It's in the Jewish Quarter and walking distance from all the sightseeing places. Rooms are spacious and the high ceiling had beautiful frescos from the 1800. The lift is old but does the job, it's the same for the B&B's in this area. It's a beautiful property with very friendly staff. We left our luggage here to go to Naples and when we came back, our room was ready with our luggage already kept there. It felt like coming home. The shower is very modern and spacious, the mini bar was well stocked. I'll come back here without a second thought. Our taxi dropped us a few meters from the hotel but google confused us and we got lost till we called the hotel and the staff came to collect us. The hotel is opposite to the Post office and near Vodafone office. Just call them if you can't find the place.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The staff were all so very friendly and welcoming. The room was a very good size and the property was in a very good location, with access to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus routes

The apartment was quite noisy. The persons staying next door were very noisy late in the evening. There was also a lot of noise early in the morning when I believe they were getting ready to serve the breakfast. We didn’t mind this as we were up early anyway, but take earplugs if you are a light sleeper or not wanting to wake up early. There appeared to be an option to get the air con lower than 18, but it didn’t work.

Our stay at this accommodation exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect – all the main attractions are just a short walk away, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of the city without needing any transportation. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which immediately put us in a great mood. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch – you can really see the staff's attention to detail. However, the biggest advantage of this place is the owners – extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thanks to them, we felt truly at home! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for comfort but also for a genuinely friendly atmosphere!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel during a business trip to Rome, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable – right in the heart of the city but away enough from the super busy areas, it was nice and quiet at night, to ensure a good night sleep. It is incredibly convenient location to explore all the iconic landmarks and vibrant streets that Rome has to offer. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm and welcoming service, particularly from Fernanda at the reception. She made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived, ensuring that all my needs were met with a friendly smile. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day of meetings and sightseeing. The lounge offers breathtaking views that are just gorgeous, making it a great spot to unwind or catch up on work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome, whether for business or leisure. The combination of prime location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a true gem in the city.

Our host Edison was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home upon our arrival. Frederica was also great! One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast room and its stunning view overlooking the excavated ancient city square. Waking up to such a historical sight every morning was breathtaking. The contemporary bathroom added fun to our stay. The shutters were always closed, we didn't know what was outside, but it was quiet and served well our needs. The location is in the old Ghetto neighborhood with great restaurants and a great public transportation hub.

The TV location in the unit was uncomfortable to watch, too high.

The accommodation is centrally located, we didn't use transport once, you can walk everywhere. Getting in was easy, we got a message with the access code so we had a smooth entry. The transfer was clear, and on time.

For breakfast cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, muesli, apples, bananas, toast. Some vegetables would have been nice. Because of its central location, the room is noisy: garbage trucks at night, the creaking trams in the early morning. Unfortunately, the partition is also quite thin, so we could hear everything from the next room.

The facility, which has an elegant architecture, is located in a way that will allow you to relax and unwind while exploring Rome during the day. Especially after taking a shower and drinking something cold on the balcony, you can continue your trip where we left off. In addition, the staff is very helpful and make you feel comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is great. We took a bus from the central station and in 10-15 minutes arrived to the hotel. I checked in after 3 pm, but I received a detailed explanation how to enter to the hotel room without any assistance (since the reception works until 3 pm). As for the room view there was a another building's windows located very close, but since we were there for just one night, and returned late it didn't actually bother us. The central view from the balcony and rooms is the same as shown in the pictures. Nice, comfortable place.

The conditioner stopped several times, but overall everything was good

Wonderful location, clean & comfortable room with A/C that kept us comfortable during the hot weather. The room was very quiet, despite being on a busy street. Could easily walk or take the bus to all major sites. Reception staff was helpful & made us feel welcome.

Check-in process could have been a little smoother as we weren't sure how to enter the locked building. Would be nice to have clearer instructions on how to call reception upon arrival.

The location is unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything, with the Colusseum to the East and the Vatican to the West. The neighborhood was our favorite in Rome, with limited tourists and a really pleasant vibe. The room is great with original ceiling paintings from hundreds of years ago. Nice bed and bathroom. I think it would be good for a large group since the couch and a chair seemed to be pullouts, to convert into additional beds. The double doors that lead out to the two patios are really great for reducing noise from the outside. We also used a little speaker to create white noise which took care of almost any residual noise coming from Rome's famously noisy streets. The building itself is beautiful, with marble floors and a charming little elevator. The staff are wonderful, so helpful in finding the local sights and local restaurants and really very friendly and accomodating. We used the offered pick up and drop off car service, and while it is just a little (about 10 EUR) more than a taxi, it was totally worth it and made our transit to and from the airport completely stress-free. The drivers were professional and the cars were very nice.

The living room area is sort of strange, with seating lining the walls and nothing in the broad middle of the room. I think this is to accomodate the pullout beds being easy to assemble in the room. The seating in the living room is also stained and a little gross looking, although the hotel itself is cleaned to a very high standard. I think if the hotel had an upholstery cleaner come in and clean the couch and chairs in the room that would make them fit into the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
