The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We especially loved the little neighborhood it was in. It had so much just outside the front door: a great bakery, a charming little restaurant, a gelataria, a bar. We really enjoyed it there.

No staff at the property after 6pm. Poor wifi bandwidth (this maybe outside of their control). The lack of a staff member after 6pm may not bother most people, and, to their credit, they provided a phone number for any issues that occur after hours, which we did not need to use during our three night stay.

we were so sad we did not stay here for longer! we would’ve if it wasn’t fully booked (and for a good reason too). tall ceilings made everything feel so spacious and comfortable. they have daily room service which I was not expecting but was very nice addition! we were able to store our luggage with the front desk since we arrives before check-in. front desk man was incredibly friendly too. he made us feel very welcome! bathroom facilities were so clean and luxurious. they include a lot of freebies for hygiene/cleaning. they also included some cloth slippers which I appreciated! the bedroom was spacious and TV was big it made watching from the bed very comfortable. location was so easy to find (it is between 2 restaurants next to a Galateria and they have a sign out that says “Nikis”) everything is close/walkable and convenient. in the middle of all the popular tourist spots. we loved the location. everything about this place was so comfortable and we will definitely return here when we return to Rome. 10/10 stay!

water temperature is a bit hard to control. it is either super hot or super cold. sometimes I wish I had a bucket so I could fill it with half hot half cold water to get the perfect temperature haha but it was not a big deal at all. I think another con was the loud buzzing sound whenever you unlock the common area or your room door but I think that is for security reasons. you can hear it from inside your room so it can alert you. It’s actually not even a bad thing, it just scared my 2 year old a little bit whenever we did unlock both doors but she got over it immediately. I appreciated this security measure.

Apartment hotel, no breakfast. The location is good, a few minutes' walk from the center.. You should note that there is no early morning check-in. The roof is lovely and there is a very nice view.

We arrived at 5 in the morning from a flight and there was no one to receive us.. the door was locked. You have to coordinate in advance if you want to arrive early, but the staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator is slow and does not feel safe

Very clean, good central location - not too far from anything really, still a walk or bus to most main attractions but was easy to navigate with public transport. Very private and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, reaching out to offer drinks on the terrace in the evening (so deliciously well made with a very reasonable price upon check out and with a stunning view!) Airconditioning was fantastic and made the room very comfortable for escaping the heat of Rome. A few times we went out very early, came home for a nap under aircon in the middle of the day, then went back out again. The team were extremely friendly and courteous, easy to communicate with, quickly responded to WhatsApp if we ever had any questions, and organised us a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Housekeeping were sensational also and they even left a kind note a few chocolates on the bed on my birthday! We absolutely loved our stay here.

Stayed here on our return to Rome after traveling through Italy . We had a different room this time as I was with my husband . It was much larger and had a private patio. Thank goodness fir The aircon it worked so well and since it was so hot in Rome it was lovely to have a very cool place to come back to Again facilities and staff were fabulous. We had a late flight the day we checked out and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and then also sit in the common lounge till our driver arrived . We were so appreciative of this as it was extremely hot in Rome that day . If we are ever in Rime again we will definitely stay here.

Fab hotel in the heart of the old town. Lovely big room with huge bed. Everything looked quite new - bed was comfortable and bathroom worked really well as sink was separate from loo / shower area. There was a small fridge / honesty bar that we were able to get our own drinks into. Room came with air-conditioning. Bars / restaurants all a few steps from the front door and the hotel was well placed for all the key sights - the Vatican / Pantheon / Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum were all about 20- 30 mins easy walk in various directions. Staff were lovely and helpful - we had a problem with a non stop flushing loo when we arrived and it was sorted by the time we got back for the evening. Plus they kept us updated with how the fix was going via WhatsApp. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was a bonus - good views over the roof tops of the old town - the roof was filled with fab smells from the jasmine they had growing up there. We had an early start one morning for our Vatican tour and they made sure we had access to breakfast as we left before they usually started serving breakfast. Definitely recommend - it was a really good place for us.

Exceptional location a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona. Be careful to get check-in instructions if you arrive outside business hours as we did which was 6pm at the latest in December. Helpful staff and good value at the price.

The best thing is that this property is just a 7-10 minute walk from all the “must-see” places. We didn’t need to use the metro or bus; we walked through some of the most beautiful streets. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly, from the administrators to the cleaning ladies ❤️. We felt very welcomed at this property and received all the answers we needed. Of course, the apartment itself was spacious, clean, with a huge bed and shower. We found all the necessary amenities for travelers. And the rooftop for breakfast is a MUST! I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends.

Great location - walking distance to all the major sights of Rome. Super little coffee shop downstairs. Property was very clean and with very good facilities for a family. Beds were very comfortable, shower was lovely and hot and despite being located on a busy street it was very quiet at night. Excellent communication with staff.

One small criticism is there is a drain smell in the master bedroom. It was fine once the window was kept ajar and was not in any other room. A room scent diffuser might be an idea for this room.

Very friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming - location was brilliant, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and all the main attractions within walking distance. Plenty of taxis and buses available if walking not for you! Room very comfortable and clean. Would happily stay here again.

It was a little noisy at night - we had a room on the first floor which was close to the restaurant on the ground level; however it didn’t really affect our sleep!
