The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We especially loved the little neighborhood it was in. It had so much just outside the front door: a great bakery, a charming little restaurant, a gelataria, a bar. We really enjoyed it there.

No staff at the property after 6pm. Poor wifi bandwidth (this maybe outside of their control). The lack of a staff member after 6pm may not bother most people, and, to their credit, they provided a phone number for any issues that occur after hours, which we did not need to use during our three night stay.

we were so sad we did not stay here for longer! we would’ve if it wasn’t fully booked (and for a good reason too). tall ceilings made everything feel so spacious and comfortable. they have daily room service which I was not expecting but was very nice addition! we were able to store our luggage with the front desk since we arrives before check-in. front desk man was incredibly friendly too. he made us feel very welcome! bathroom facilities were so clean and luxurious. they include a lot of freebies for hygiene/cleaning. they also included some cloth slippers which I appreciated! the bedroom was spacious and TV was big it made watching from the bed very comfortable. location was so easy to find (it is between 2 restaurants next to a Galateria and they have a sign out that says “Nikis”) everything is close/walkable and convenient. in the middle of all the popular tourist spots. we loved the location. everything about this place was so comfortable and we will definitely return here when we return to Rome. 10/10 stay!

water temperature is a bit hard to control. it is either super hot or super cold. sometimes I wish I had a bucket so I could fill it with half hot half cold water to get the perfect temperature haha but it was not a big deal at all. I think another con was the loud buzzing sound whenever you unlock the common area or your room door but I think that is for security reasons. you can hear it from inside your room so it can alert you. It’s actually not even a bad thing, it just scared my 2 year old a little bit whenever we did unlock both doors but she got over it immediately. I appreciated this security measure.

Loved the location. Apartment hotel, no breakfast. The location is good, a few minutes' walk from the center.. You should note that there is no early morning check-in. The roof is lovely and there is a very nice view.

We arrived at 5 in the morning from a flight and there was no one to receive us.. the door was locked. You have to coordinate in advance if you want to arrive early, but the staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator is slow and does not feel safe

Nice room with large comfortable bed. Separate shower room/toilet was good. Very clean on arrival and room cleaned every day of stay. Staff were very polite and helpful before and during stay, responding very quickly to questions and always available to offer advice. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights of Rome, with the main attractions within 30 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by, including fantastic bakery and gelato on the doorstep.

A little noisy early in the morning from the streets outside, although to be expected for city centre

The location was excellent and within walking distance of all the big monuments. A lot of great trattoria, markets, and shops to check out while on your leisurely walks. The facilities were clean, very comfortable, and modern. Great AC and mattresses were comfortable. Facility felt very secure. Rooftop breakfast and terrace was very nice. We traveled with a group of friends and spent several nights enjoying drinks, beer, and chatting on the terrace. Plenty of space even with other guests sharing the space. I would recommend using the hotel recommended shuttle from the airport. First timer to Rome, I could not have navigated the taxi stand and our driver helped wheel out luggage to the car and dropped us right in front of the door of the hotel. May be a few euro more than a taxi but worth it not to have to worry about being scammed for more money and not be dropped off right in front!

Saturday night street noise was very loud. Sunday night was quieter but still wore ear plugs. With that being said, the location and convenience was still worth it.

The location was great in terms of accessing and walk ability to the rest of the city. Really no need to take any transportation to any point of interest if you are okay with a little bit of a walk. I also liked the terrace. We spent tonight sitting up on the terrace in a cool breeze. We had it all to ourselves and we could play music and have drinks while we enjoyed the year. It is tough to get some open airspace in Rome. Also if you are a smoker than you can smoke on the terrace. I do not think many hotels in Rome will have a balcony or terrace if they are located in the centre of the city just because of the nature of the construction and buildings in Rome.

The room was a little bland and not really much in terms of style. It was basically a white dorm, and, while comfortable enough and clean it did not feel very unique. You should also note that this is not quite a hotel with a 24 hour reception or anything like that. The person in charge will come and meet you for your check in but it is not like a hotel where somebody is there 24 hours a day with things such as room service, or kitchen, or the like. It is rooms managed by a private individual so if you need those things this would be a problem.

This location is central to just about all the POI in Rome, it makes seeing all the Tourist attractions very simple. I was very pleased with the central location of this lodging and the local places to eat and grab groceries. It was central to several bus stops and made for easy travel through Rome. The area felt safe for all members of our group. The AC worked very well as did the elevator, the facilities for cooking were fair (pots and pans). There was a washing machine. The staff were very helpful in providing details of the local area and were willing to facilitate airport transportation if needed.

The beds had only sheets on them with no quilts or blankets of any type, there were no wash-clothes for bathing. When asked for blankets a single (twin size) blanket was provided. It would be nice to have large style hotel comforters provided for customers that are used to sleeping with them. Hot water was limited for a house this size (5+) people taking showers after a long hot day out.

Very clean, good central location - not too far from anything really, still a walk or bus to most main attractions but was easy to navigate with public transport. Very private and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, reaching out to offer drinks on the terrace in the evening (so deliciously well made with a very reasonable price upon check out and with a stunning view!) Airconditioning was fantastic and made the room very comfortable for escaping the heat of Rome. A few times we went out very early, came home for a nap under aircon in the middle of the day, then went back out again. The team were extremely friendly and courteous, easy to communicate with, quickly responded to WhatsApp if we ever had any questions, and organised us a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Housekeeping were sensational also and they even left a kind note a few chocolates on the bed on my birthday! We absolutely loved our stay here.

Fab hotel in the heart of the old town. Lovely big room with huge bed. Everything looked quite new - bed was comfortable and bathroom worked really well as sink was separate from loo / shower area. There was a small fridge / honesty bar that we were able to get our own drinks into. Room came with air-conditioning. Bars / restaurants all a few steps from the front door and the hotel was well placed for all the key sights - the Vatican / Pantheon / Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum were all about 20- 30 mins easy walk in various directions. Staff were lovely and helpful - we had a problem with a non stop flushing loo when we arrived and it was sorted by the time we got back for the evening. Plus they kept us updated with how the fix was going via WhatsApp. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was a bonus - good views over the roof tops of the old town - the roof was filled with fab smells from the jasmine they had growing up there. We had an early start one morning for our Vatican tour and they made sure we had access to breakfast as we left before they usually started serving breakfast. Definitely recommend - it was a really good place for us.
