Despite my comments below, this place met my (very minimal) needs. It's clean, modern, and in a great location. It's about 2 blocks to bus lines that will take you anywhere, a short walk to the Pantheon, and RIGHT next door to the best restaurant and bakery in the area (Roscioli's, both of them, unbeatable). Good communication with the owner throughout the rental process, and good directions to get in. The common room has a well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, very clean. In the photo I posted, it's the 3rd floor of the building with the wide arched door. (The brown rectangular door to the left is Roscioli's restaurant, with the bakery to the left of that. It looks like a hole in the wall, but believe me, excellent. Stop in to make a reservation at least a day in advance. They fill up quick.)

If you're looking for a real hotel with desk staff and daily maid service, that's not what this is. It's basically part of a floor in a renovated residential building, that's been turned into a common room with 4 rental rooms down the hall. In 3 days, I never once saw anyone who worked there. The wifi is in the common room and doesn't reach the bedrooms, or at least not mine.

The location is wonderful! The building reflects the best of old Rome -- marble steps, big wooden doors, balcony on to the busy pedestrian street below. The A/C worked well. The kitchenette, shared with the 3 other rooms, worked well for us. With two grocery stores nearby, it was easty to have our breakfasts there. We we rarely saw other guests.

The shower is tiny - like 2x2 feet square.

Clean. Convenient location. Easy check-in process.

Would have liked to be able to use the kitchen area to at least boil water for pasta or something. REALLY wish the communal area was air conditioned. My room had okay AC and good wifi. My kids' room had better AC but almost no wifi signal. It would have been nice to be able to sit comfortably together in the common room.

Rooms are clean but a bit small and not really equipped (we missed a proper table); don't expect to live there for some days. Bathroom ok. There is a fully equipped common kitchen room, me and my 10 yo son used it to save some money on restaurants (the center of Rome is not exactly cheap), this is worth noting it if you're on a budget. Position is really the selling point, a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, 15/20 minutes from Vatican City or Ara Pacis, full of cafes and restaurants.

Street below the rooms can get a little noisy until 11 pm. Breakfast is for a little extra, but to be fair around the b&b is full of places to have a maritozzo with whipped cream.

I liked that I was close to some of the main tourist places to see. Nice and very clean room. Staff was very kind, we kept in touch via messages as they are not always there. Self check in is awesome and helpful in case someone arrives at certain time.

The location is in the city center area, close to a lot of restaurants, beautiful streets (walking area) and also close to some of the main attractions in Rome. You have a beautiful view from the balcony.

Cleanliness can be improved. The shower head is broken (splash water in all directions). We had a ironing board but no iron even if the host said us that he would solve it.

Fantastic location, the bed was so comfortable, very clean.

The second window wouldn’t close well, but as we were on a high level it wasn’t a huge issue. Also a blanket would’ve been nice

Accommodation was very central only few minutes walk to Pantheon . Authentic accommodation clean & comfortable .

Last night of stay was disturbed by noisy group in room next door

Location very conveniently placed. Near metro station or tramway. Place decorated very nicely and spacious. Equipements were top with even a washing machine

Just be aware there is no wifi

Room and beds were very comfortable. Location very central. Easy to access.

Internet was not very reliable
