Good location with easy walking distance to sights, cafes and grocery stores. Staff very helpful and speak good english. Rooms are modern inside.

Wifi inside the room varied from decent to non-existent so had to move around the room to use the internet. This is likely normal with these old buildings that you often see in Rome. The hotel is on a small street with an adjacent street blocked off making taxi pickup/drop-off to door tricky, so we would often walk a couple blocks to a bigger road to make it easier for pickup.

Location ; all main sites easily accessible on foot , Loads of restaurants and bars close by. staff very welcoming and helpful bed very comfortable, price very good for product and location.

Facillities, room described as having kettle, but you have to ask and only two available for the whole hotel, Mini bar ,but empty, so basically a mini fridge, stated as bottle of water in room on arrival but none there. Only small things but dont put them on the room description if not really available

Extremely central and cute rooms. This was an anniversary trip and they treated us to a lovely bottle of wine. We came outside hours and they were accommodating. When we were cold at night, they provided us thick blankets. Extremely lovely service.

The toilet wouldn’t flush so had to press 3 times consecutively for it to flush. The cleaners also would knock from 8.30am regularly and even enter sometimes which wasn’t ideal especially since we had late nights most evenings. Perhaps having a sign to put on doors to say DND until taken off, would be suggested.

Location is great because is close to all you need to visit in the historic city. Also, the place is surrounded by good restaurants and cafes, therefore the price for night is very good. Staff is nice but Alessia in the front desk was the best: sweet and really helpful with everything that I asked for.

The building confused me because is really old and look like abandoned from outside. Inside there is no elevator. Room are small. Only one mirror in the bathroom. You can hear noises from other rooms. However, If you’re going to be out the whole day, can’t pay a 5 stars hotel and only need a room at night to sleep, this hotel will be perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, with a perfect central location that made everything so convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The only thing was that the bathroom felt a bit small for my 6 ft tall, muscular partner, but it really wasn’t much of an issue.

No safe in the room but only a minor thing. The rooms were a small bit noisy in the mornings with people passing in the hallway but we weren’t looking for sleep ins anyways. Happy to compromise for great price & location

The hotel is very well located at the heart of Roma and quite easy to connect to the city center, has all the amenities needed and it is quite cosy.

it's a bit difficult to find the entrance of the hostal especially if you arrive at night because the door of the reception was closed and it took us few minutes to find it.

We were welcomed warmly by Alessia and her team member. They were very sincere, offered suggestions for the area, made a dinner reservation for us and stored our luggage until the check in time. The room had nice interior design and the bed was comfortable. It was quite quiet since it is on a side street.

In general, we feel that if LED lighting is used that it should be warmer light color.

The staff were absolutely incredible! I cant remember her name, maybe it was Dana? But she was amazing! Gave us heaps of recommendations on where to eat and drink and was just genuinely so lovely, it was so nice to be looked after so well after such a long, hot day of traveling.

The only thing was that we were on the third floor and the wifi did not work and neither did our mobile data. They tried to help but it seems to be a bit of an ongoing issue.

Ideally located within walking distance to city centre and all the main attractions in Rome. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean and were serviced every day. Very comfortable beds and slept exceptionally well every night. Wifi was very good and was able to online meetings. Was able to leave luggage in reception on check out day.

Signage for the hotel could be better as it is not easy to locate the entrance. Reception is on the second floor and the initial entry to a hallway is not the most welcoming. Only one chair for a room with two occupants! Rooms are smaller than average so not much space. No tea/coffee making facilities
