Excellent location in a quiet street close to everything, excellent facilities and very helpful staff member. Also, great Roscioli restaurant next door

Gaining entry was very difficult in the afternoon when the guest house was unattended. Complicated instructions are provided at the last minute via WhatsApp - if you have just arrived from overseas and your phone is not functioning and you have not received the WhatsApp message, you are left standing at a heavy closed door, wondering what to do… (A helpful resident of the building came to our aid.)

- Very quiet during night - Black-out blinds for good sleeping - Nice and silent AC - Minibar in the room which is not expected in this kind of rooms - USB sockets near bed for cellphone charging - Cleanliness of room, being made up every day with changing towels and remaking bed everyday, replacing amenities

- Lack of ANY working desk with chair, if one needs to do something in the laptop must do it on bed - Sometimes WiFi was flickering signal on/off - Inside the courtyard view, silent but very ugly courtyard, you could see ugly construction elements - lack of any even small Espresso machine - which is weird as for italy to have only regular boiling jug and the granulated coffee

Breakfast was delicious and served promptly each morning. The housekeeping manager, Chit, did a superb job looking after us during our stay. He was also a great help with navigating our way by local bus to St Peters and other local sites. He also kindly offered to order a taxi to the airport on the last day! We are very grateful for Chit's practical thoughtfulness.

Communication with the owner/manager who was off-site, was slow and difficult.

Location location location is amazing close to everything and safe. The room was lovely and clean and a lovely private bathroom,if we had any questions we would send a message and we would hear back straight away. The rooms was a lovely size and we would put in Netflix at night a big + when the legs are tired from walking all day. We would get a knock on the door for breakfast, was like having breakfast in bed so spoilt. We will return again... Thank you for an amazing stay.💗💗

The only thing is that I think you need a new remote control for the TV. 🤣🤣🤣

This location is perfect if you want to go around on foot, it's close to everything. The room is clean, the bed was super comfy. The air conditioning was a life saver as October felt like the middle of summer. There is no kitchen - breakfast is delivered to your room every day. WiFi is nice and stable and definitely a plus, since regular phone service isn't that good once inside the building.

We confirmed with the staff that we would be coming a bit earlier but when we got there, nobody answered the door and we had to wait for an hour. We attempted to contact the staff via the app but nobody ever answered our messages. This happened again on another occasion - we had a misunderstanding about breakfast and didn't receive it one day but nobody answered. Other than that we had a few minor issues, like the TV, which produced sound only when it felt like it. But we weren't there to watch TV so not a big deal.

I was staying just for the night and I made reservation without looking the photos of apartment as I just wanted to make sure to have where to sleep for the night. I was more than impressed, place is really cosy, clean and in really good location. It was really comfortable and you can make self check in! All the bus stations are near, and its around half of hours on foot from Vatican and also less then half of hour to Foro, which is great if you want to experience the city on foot. Breakfast was really tasty and the staff was lovely and helpful with all the informations you need.

Although short, our stay was very pleasant. It was very easy to get to the accommodation, everything was very clean and perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect in a quiet area but with easy walking access to everything. On the day of check-out, we left earlier than the breakfast time, but Giulia didn’t let us go without and she brought us food the day before so we could have breakfast on the day we left. We loved the gesture. We 100% recommend this accommodation.

Giulia and the staff were super nice and responsive to any request, and gave us recommendations to good local restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. The location of the guest house was great and we could walk to a lot of good places without taking any bus. There were many bus stations in the area to get to all popular sites within 20 minutes (collosseum, vatican, etc). The breakfast was good. We could choose whatever we wanted from the Menu, and could update the staff everyday to change the breakfast. The breakfast would arrive to our room by the staff every morning which was very convenient especially on busy mornings. On busy mornings we asked the breakfast to be early and it helped us a lot with our schedule.

Personal taste, but an egg addition to the breakfast could have been nice. Regardless, the other options were good enough to open the morning with.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. My friend and I had a little trouble finding the location (don't look for "55" on a door! Look up on the walls!), and before we could even call them, the staff called us to check in on our travel progress to make sure that we hadn't encountered any difficulties and to find out what time we'd be arriving. Upon getting there, we were greeted by the biggest smiler in all of Rome, who promptly whipped out a map and told us the lay of the land: where all the best places to go to were as well as how to get to them. Additionally, if you choose this guesthouse, you are never more than a thirty-minute-walk from all the main tourist attractions. I don't recommend taking public transport unless you have weak knees or tire easily, as the sights you'll encounter along the way are breathtaking. Prepare to stop regularly to take photographs!

What a gem! The hotel is very small, only about 6 rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. Our room was very spacious and comfy. The bathroom was quite big and well equipped - again all super clean. The location is great - near all the main attractions, but in a quiet street. The hosts were lovely, Julia even sent us some tips for local restaurants. What we really loved was that we were able to leave our luggage early in the morning on the day of our arrival, and again after checking out on our last day. We did not have to look and pay for storage. We also had breakfast, which was very good, and we could choose what we wanted from quite a few options. I must also say that the kettle in our room came in really handy, as we were able to have some tea in the evening. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
