The location was terrific. We arrived by coach from the airport and were at the hotel within a 6-minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us into our room early. We were extremely pleased with the size and location of the room. We could see the park across the road from our window. A fridge, coffee-making facilities, and drinking water bottles were provided. The bed was comfortable, and plenty of room to store clothes and bags. The TV was a bonus, as we signed into our Netflix account to watch a movie on the first night! We did not have meals here, though there are plenty of places to buy food and drink locally. The Rome Turmini bus station (6-minute walk) had many places to buy meals. The park across from the hotel was beautiful. On our last day, we safely left our bags with them as we explored, before catching the coach back to the airport in the late afternoon. We would definitely be going back there and highly recommend this hotel. We already have when sharing our holiday photos!

The location was great. Rooms were super clean. Room service was spot on. Reception was helpful. Why on earth is this rated as 1 star is beyond me. Definitely a high 3 star, and I am a frequent traveller. Air Con was Ice Cold. Much needed in this weather in Rome. Smart TV, Tea/Coffee Machine, Pods, Kettle, Water. Some of these things you dont even get in any 4-star hotels. Beds and especially the pillows were super comfortable

Air con ventilation was a little load. Sometimes, It took longer on entry on the buzzer after 6 pm. but not major and just be patient.

I did like the location and the provided toiletries. The toiletries provided have definitely exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfy and the shower was very decent.

It was cold one of the nights, so therefore warm bringing a pajama.

I found this hotel while looking for a good option in a great location. I was not disappointed, from this location you can get to every corner of Rome. The staff was very kind and always available, even late in the evening (I got an answer on whatsapp at 11 pm). The room was comfortable and spacious. It's really great!

I'm used to a much firmer mattress, so I had a hard time getting used to it.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Hot, powerful shower. Air con. Good WiFi. Walkable to many attractions. Good transport links. Very good value for money.

Noise from reception area. Immediate area around hotel not particularly pleasant.

I had to wait for someone to open the main door for me because I didn’t have a card to open it myself

I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and available the staff was, always ready to answer my questions or offer a hand. The room was also delightfully comfortable!

Wi fi connection could have been better, but it was not a big issue for me.

Very close to Termini station (only 10 min walk), which is good because of the airport transfer. Metro station Vittorio Emanuele literally under the hotel. A very cheap supermarket in the street below. Rooms are cleaned and sheets, towels changed every day. The staff are so helpful and kind. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located close to the metro. The night was quiet and calm. The room was clean and there was the possibility to make tea and coffee. I was allowed to leave baggage in the staff room.
