The room was modern and airconditioned. We only stayed for one night because we had an early flight and it was quite close to Roma Termini train station.

The floors were dirty. I think they rushed with the cleaning. We arrived 1h before the check-in time and were happy to wait. They said that the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. But in like 30minutes they called us that the room is ready. Also you can hear everything going on in the corridors very well. It was quite disturbing, especially having an early flight and wanting a good sleep. Someone had a loud fight at 1am in the corridors and I’m not sure the staff interveined - judging how long it was going on (and in English), so no one came to say to take it somewhere else. The quiet hours were clearly stated.

Our overall stay was very pleasant, I would say that’s it’s mostly because of exceptionally welcoming staff! Overall atmosphere is also very neat and everything is thought through. Rooms and other spaces are newly furnished and very bright and cheerful. Breakfast is optional and not too cheap, but still nice continental options, which would cost you more in nearby cafes anyway. Tea/coffee/water always available, it’s very nice to sit on the couch and sip tea after a day of walk! A very good supermarket nearby, metro station just 2 minutes away but sadly was closed during our stay. Otherwise a 10-15 minute walk to Termini, Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore and public transportation options to reach any part of the city. I get cold easily, but there was a nice additional warm blanket in the room so it was fine.

Minor things, but still: Mind that there are stairs and no lift to most of the rooms; I’d say there aren’t many storage spaces, but you have bedtables, hangers, chair so it’s not that bad of course; There was oftentimes an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation system.

Good breakfast - boiled, scrambled eggs, pankacks, tosts, cereals, various additions. The kids liked the pancake machine :) The room itself seems to be newly refurbished and clean. The staff is really friendly and supportable.

The windows on the first floor are mated, so you can not see anything through the window - not very cousy... I saw this in the reviews and asked specifically for the room with regular windows. They confirmed this, but when we arrived, they said this was the only room available, so I was a bit disappointed. The corridors of the hotel are a bit outdated.

Very nice hotel with modern interior with all very friendly staff. FREE water and tea as self service during the day . Breakfast was great and abundant. With functional airconditioning unit and a fast internet connection. The room was clean and well organized. When you have a late flight home, you can store your luggage (for free), this is also not everywhere. The location is good, everything within walking distance! I will stay again in this wonderful hotel when have chance to visit again to Rome. I highly recommend this to my family and friends.

The room was clean and modern. It didn't have much decor, but I prefer minimalism if it means the room is fresh and clean. Also, the AC worked the best out of any of the 6 other places I stayed in Italy! The front desk was very helpful at check-in and check-out, including letting us leave our bags after check-out for most of the day as we were taking a later train and wanted to continue exploring the city. Our room didn't include breakfast, but I recommend "Bar Trani" for coffee & pastries, close to the tram/subway station. Special thanks to the guy who checked us in for his kindness and help--I believe his name was Frederico (July 1 at about 4PM)?

The hospitality provided by the staff was amazing. The property is new and the room was really spacious. The location is in a walking distance from the coliseum, central station and also has a subways station 1 block away. I highly recommend it and I can give a shout to Herbert who went above and beyond to help us with different needs we had. After a hot 38 degrees day in Rome, his support made totally difference on our comfort for the trip back home. Thank you!

I have only positive feedback about this hotel. The location is very convenient: the red metro line is a hundred meters from the hotel, and the central railway station or the Colosseum are a 15-minute walk. The hotel has a modern design, everything is thought out, neat and well maintained. A nice touch was the aroma throughout the hotel, which adds coziness. The room is excellent: comfortable bed, enough furniture and accessories, bath cosmetics. My favorite is a shower with watering from the ceiling. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any of your problems, even if it does not concern the hotel. A wonderful buffet breakfast with a wide selection of healthy and tasty food. Drinking water and tea are freely available to guests. I am delighted because this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I sincerely recommend it.

Very spacious family room - was plenty of space for family of 4. Comfortable and friendly staff. Good options for breakfast, including a variety of drink options. Good location, for example, only around a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We’re flexible when our flight was delayed i terms of check in, which avoided us being very stressed worrying if we were going to make it before reception closed for the night.

No elevator, so no choice but to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs (one flight to get to reception, then another two to get to room). Would have been useful to have had a small kettle in the room for hot drinks rather than having to always go down to the communal area, but this isn’t a massive issue.

Staff were so nice - really courteous, friendly & very helpful. Spotlessly clean & modern. Confortable bed - best sleep I had I ages! Great en suite bathroom with ‘rain’ shower & bidet. Lovely breakfast area & wonderful breakfast - chose from selection of pancakes, eggs, sliced meats, cheese, cereals & pastries/breads

Nothing really. Would prefer if there was water provided in the bedrooms but that’s a small issue. Lovely hotel all in all ❤️

Staffs are nice. Very accomodating and lovely. They’ve done extra mile for us during our stay. Also, room is clean and modern. Our bed is comfortable. The lighting is great. Enough space for two people. The receiving area is very cozy and inviting.

No lift but according to the staff, the management is working on it. Also, it is really not a problem for us since we were on the second floor but it might be difficult for people whose got lots of luggages.
