We loved the neatness of the apartment, the beds were comfortable and they provided a cot for my baby. We were able to store our luggage on the corridor for hours after we checked out. The staff were exceptionally helpful, they provided recommendations on food, restaurants, and overall safety. We were welcomed with a tray of biscuits, coffee and tea and when they realized that we did not want coffee they brought extra biscuits. The location was also pretty central, about 15 mins walk to Coliseum, 13 minutes from Termini station and very close to the metro.

The street right outside was a bit dirty and dodgy, it was however pretty safe, as I moved around after 10PM without issues. There were no dishes and they had an old microwave that was not listed as part of their facilities. I would have stayed longer if these were available.

Room was clean. Bedding were perfectly clean  Position is very good, close to the metro. Communication with the staff was very good. We wanted to let our bagagges at 12 pm but they also gave us the keys of the room, since it was ready earlier.

The noise. You can hear everything from the other rooms and from the upper floor. It was a bit noisy these 2 nights and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom is really really small byt for some days it is ok.

- Convenient localisation : less than 10 minutes walking from the main train station, Vittorio Emanuele metro station at a few meters, 10-minute walk from Colosseum, there is a good choice of restaurants in the hotel area - Room well equipped - We appreciated that Philippe provided us with a city map on our arrival and took the time to show us the places to visit and that he made some suggestions. By the way, we did try the Vecchia Roma trattoria he recommended : it's delicious and affordable and it's at the corner of the street (better to make a reservation or you'll have to wait in line) - The staff is not often on site but can be reached via Whatsapp if necessary.

- The neighborhood at night isn't really pleasant (although we haven't be bothered by anyone) - Damp stains on the bathroom walls and ceiling - Bathroom hooks for towels or clothes would be very appreciated

The location is just perfect, 1 min to metro station Vittorio Emanuele. 1 minute to grocery store Fresco and 3 min to large grocery store Condo. There are a lot of local cafes and restaurants near, with local food and very good prices. To major attractions like Colosseum- 15 minutes walking. To Termini main station - 7 min by foot. Staff - excellent, very great people, really appreciate it. The room was very clean, every day new fresh towels, soap and other. AC working fine, save our life during hot period in Rome.

Some rooms are dark, the windows faced to another building, there no kitchen in room our outside room, but there was a small fridge inside room and microwave in a hall, near reception.

Very nice staff, always available for all the question; super clean room, every day cleaning service, new towels, bedsheets; comfortable bed. It was near main attractions, and well positioned near the Termini station. Strategic position.

It is a small thing that didn’t bother us too much - not enough daylight in a room. It was positioned to inner part of the building.

Location is excellent, staff where so helpful, they even guided us with a map to which sites to go and how to go about them. We had to check in earlier than planned and they accommodated us. Location is excellent just a few minutes away from the underground and very central (both by walk and by underground) if you want to explore Rome's main sites. This is the best private room with private toilet for the best price that I found in all of Rome. They do your bed and give you fresh towels every day. Rome's accommodation prices are expensive throughout especially if you would like to stay in a central location. I do not recommend to rent a car (we usually always rent a car to explore). The place is also very secure. They also gave us complimentary biscuits to top it all off. There is a restaurant near by Trattoria Vecchia Roma very very good!

Nothing, absolutely perfect. Make sure that you have a physical card at hand and not just a virtual one so that they can confirm the payment.

Although the building is in a rather poor location, it is close to the metro. But we managed to do some walks in tourist spots on foot. So, although we were shocked by the security of the neighborhood, it was possible to walk even when we had luggage. Overall the location is good.

This has been a problem in other apartments in Italy. The shower drain was clogged up collecting water or even overflowing into the bathroom. In addition to being unhygienic, it made a bit of a mess and every moment had to be turned off to wait for the water to go down. But the shower was really nice, plentiful and hot.

Good ratio price/quality. Very close to Metro station and at short distance from central station Termini. Kind staff that replied even late in the evening via whatsapp and were flexible with the arrival time. Clean room/bathroom

Not possible to pay with the card used for the reservation unless physically presented to the hotel. I was alerted of this condition but did not consider it so strictly as it instead indeed it was. Anyway, it was possible to pay with another card with no issues.

The room was nice and clean, with a fridge and coffee, tea, biscuits etc for breakfast. All facilities were basic but in good order. The area is central but quiet, there is a supermarket next to the building and the area has a lot of restaurants and shops. We had no problem at all reaching the apartment and checking in and out, the girl who checked us in was efficient and helpful. Generally, I would highly recommend for a short stay in Rome.

The price is a bit high, given the fact that there are no cooking facilities whatsoever.
