I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making our experience feel welcoming right from the start. They were very flexible with our bed arrangements and check-in time, which was a huge plus. One standout feature was the hotel allowed us to keep our bags free of charge after check-out, which made our departure day much easier. The little kitchen in the hotel was a fantastic addition. It allowed me to prepare my own salads, and the coffee machine was perfect for a morning espresso. Overall, our stay was great, and I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient amenities.

there was laud tv noise started from 12am (midnight) continue to 4 or 5am. the noise came from right next to our room where indicated Private room which assume staff room?

From the moment we arrived, Leandro's warmth and hospitality set the tone for an exceptional experience. First, I must commend the owner for his proactive assistance and genuine kindness throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering valuable recommendations and assistance without us even needing to ask. His personalized attention truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. We ate one of the great pizzas in a restaurant really close to the hotel and thanks to Leandro. Location-wise, it couldn't be more perfect. Situated in a prime spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Collessum is reaally nearby and we did not use any public transportation, thanks to the location. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the serene ambiance of the rooms. Despite being centrally located, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep without any disturbances.

Everything. Rome itself it's the most beautiful city in the world. The accomodation is just perfect. The metro station is just downstairs, it's also a walking distance from colosseum, and it has beautiful restaurants near. The host was very helpful and very thoughtful, he gave us a lot of tips and ideas on how to make our trip more effective and he would pick up everytime we called , if we needed everything. I'm definitely recommending this accomodation.

We were allowed to check in earlier, which we appreciated! Room was very clean :) Close to the metro station and within a walking distance to Colloseum. Great view. Clean sheets and towels. Coffee available in the shared area. Thank you!

Room should be slightly renovated as the walls seemed to be dirty and the mattress wasn't too comfortable. Also bear in mind that the walls are thin, which means that you hear everything from the room next to yours. In my case, I haven't received any instructions on how to find the apartment. If I haven't searched for the info in comments on booking.com, I wouldn't have known that we need to go to the 5th floor.

The location was great . Just 15 minutes walk from the colosseum and 5 minutes from Termini Station which made it very convenient to move around . Good price taking into consideration the location , compared to the other options around. The host was friendly and helpful . He let us check in early and we also left our luggage there after the check out , which helped us to move around and enjoy our last day as well. I really appreciated that we had an iron and free coffee during the stay.

The building was old abd the elevator was small but the room was ok.

The apartment is 11 min from Roma termini and about 30 min from Fontana di trevi. The room is big enough for two people and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is free coffee, milk and mugs in the shared kitchen.

I was very disappointed with Leonardo. At first he wanted us to pay extra charge for late check-in ( than the charge stated in the policy ). Luckily Francesco was very kind and helpful. He recommended us all the best and local restaurants and he warned us about the tourist traps. wi-fi wasn't good at all and the AC wasn't working.

Located 7-10 min walking distance from Roma Termini and you can reach Colosseum in 13-15 min walk. The owner, Mr Leandro very friendly. He help me to get the Vatican City ticket and explain well about eternal city interesting point. Security wise- a big door, apartment entrance and guest house are locked. Small elevator available at level 1

Difficult to find the the exact building/house at the first place especially if you reach late evening. You need to find the main door and push the intercom button for guest house.

Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Especially Leandro was so kind. Termini Train Station and Collesium so close. Termini 7 min. Collesium 15 min. Distance by foot. Also there is Metro station next to Hotel. But unfortunately it wasn't working during we accommodation.

Due to thin room wall, we would hear from other rooms noise.

Leandro is the best host I have ever had. He helped us in a time of crisis and went above and beyond. The location is great, i.e close to Termini station, the Coloseum, with a Metro station right nest to the hotel.

The one and only thing I can say that was slightly off was that there was another guest who would smoke at night in the reception area and the smoke made its way into our room.

The room was tidy and clean. The apartament is close to the metro and to bus stops so is easy to get to the center of Rome. The owner was really really kind and attentive. We really enjoy the stay and recommend it

The only problem for me was the hairdryer that didn't work so well and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway that sometimes entered the room
