The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly-- Grazie Mille, Andrea e Carolina! -- making me a delicious breakfast, providing me restaurant and transportation recommendations, and genuinely caring for my well being. I slept deep and cozily. I loved the centrality of the location.

The only drawbacks were the sometimes unpredictable heat of the water in the shower, and the intermittent daytime construction noise. I would still happily return.

Very nice accomodation near Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore (2 min walk) and Colosseum (15 min walk). Also in 2 min is Piazza Vittorio, where is metro station and bus station.We use bus 590 to visit Vatican and Borghese park for exemple. Very kind lady at reception, Carolina, made our stay very comfortable.

Andrea was a friendly and communicative host. We were told ahead of time that we would be allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel early on the day of arrival and late on the day of check out. This was such a great help particularly since the hotel is located within easy walking distance of Rome Termini. It also wasn't too far from the nearest Metro station which easily brought us out to Vatican City or the Colosseum which we easily walked to. Beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were both clean and worked well - including the air conditioning.

Breakfast selection was underwhelming but made up for with warm welcome and friendly service, as well as a good cup of coffee! I probably should have read details better but hadn’t realised until too late that “private external bathroom “ means walking down the corridor to get to it. Beautifully clean though and unquestionably exclusive to my room.

Excellent location. Very close to Roma Termini. Andrea and Carolina were very friendly and helpful. Andrea helpfed me make some reservations and also gave us an itenary which was perfect for our tour. Caralina made us super breakfast and she went ahead to make sure that we have breakfast before we left the hotel though it was an early checkout. Overall great place to stay if you are looking for a close by hotel to the Termini. Also it's walkable to many of the Attractions and Basilicas. Highly Recommend

We stayed for one night and arrived on a late flight. After hours check in was very thoughtful and well communicated. Andrea and Carolina were very welcoming! The B&B was close to the train station and the room was a wonderful place to land after a long journey.

Location is very useful. You can walk everywhere. and very close to termini if you plan to go another cities. Andrea is very prepared :) He explains everything you need and behaves very kindly. Carolina is very very friendly and talkative and smiling. I am very glad to meet her. It was interesting experience for me to stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B Arco Di Gallieno in Italy. The location is excellent — very close to the metro and the train station, which made it super convenient both to get there from the airport and to travel around the city. The staff were incredibly polite and responsive. For example, my girlfriend doesn’t eat pork, and after the lady preparing breakfast found out on the first day, she went out of her way to get turkey and chicken cold cuts for the following mornings. That level of care was truly appreciated. Everything was very clean, and as I mentioned, the location was perfect. The only reason I’m giving it 9 out of 10 instead of a full score is that the shower was not inside the room. It was a private bathroom, but located just a few steps down the hall, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Arco di Gallieno! The location is perfect—quiet, yet very central and close to many attractions and public transport. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, freshly prepared by Valeria each morning—simple but tasty and just what we needed to start the day. Andrea, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Although we arrived after the check-in time, he made everything very easy for us. On our departure day, he also let us leave our luggage after check-out, which was a big help. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!
