The location was perfect for us - being within walking distance of the Colosseum and other sights, as well as being a short walk from Central Station for transportation - Rail, Metro & Bus (especially to & from Airport). It was clean and tidy and suited our stay just nicely.

The shower stall was on the small side and our room was directly above the front entry gate to the building, so we encountered a lot of noise from people coming and going & them just letting the gate - as well as internal staircase gate - being let go to slam shut. I realise this is a residential area - but it doesn’t take much to think of people sleeping at night and thereby control the closing of the gates.

The room is very cleaned and comfy. You had everything you need which is a comfortable bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, a tv. I especially booked this room for the location because is pretty close to everything. And having that in mind, it is affordable based on the location. You have Metro Station at 2-3 minutes walk, Colosseum is 10-15 minutes walk which is great and you can see it at night because property is so close to it. Mini supermarket next to your door, great pizza in the corner at the Pizza Aglio, bunch of restaurants reachable by few minutes walk. Staff is friendly and there to help and accommodate to your needs. Which is a thumbs up! I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Kambal!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go (15 min walk to the Colosseum, 5-10 min walk to the train). The room was very secure and private, which made us feel safe and reassured that our belongings would be safe, and the kind staff straightened up our room each morning, too.

The WiFi connection and cell service was a little spotty here (for reference, we have AT&T/Verizon and were on international phone plans). But you can just exit the building downstairs and get cell service without an issue. Other than that, we really had no complaints. We loved our stay so much!

I had a great stay here! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Rome. There are cozy cafés right next door, as well as supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The staff is really friendly. I made a mistake and booked one double bed instead of two single beds. They changed it for us immidiately. I really appreciate it. They also showed us a map of Rome and gave us some advice. he location is also great, only 15 min walk from Colosseum.

The owner offered an upgrade for a room with private bathroom outside the room instead of shared bathroom IF we would give them a 10. After I declined and said it wasn't fair, we got the upgraded room anyway. I've read in the earlier reviews that there's probably one room without the bathroom inside, so you get the private bathroom outside anyway.

The room was cleaned every day! That was one of the things that made our stay very pleasant. It's very close to the Colosseum and all interesting locations we wanted to visit, as well as to lots of restaurants, cafes, to a store as well. We were buying our morning coffee from a café right on the corner, 10 meters away from our address, and a little further there's a pastry shop with delicious sweets.

My mobile service was losing coverage at the place but they have wi-fi, so that's solved!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay at Kambal B&B. Although, I accidentally booked for one adult instead of two, the host was incredibly accommodating and handled it without any issue. The hotel is conveniently located close to major travel links, and the amenities were excellent—clean, comfortable rooms and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was genuinely helpful and welcoming throughout. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Rome was fantastic! The location is more than perfect, with the metro, bus, and tram stations just a three-minute walk away, as well as being a short walk from the Colosseum. The surrounding area boasts an abundance of options for breakfast, dinner, and beverages, providing a diverse range of choices. The room was cozy, and the staff, especially the owner Elbert, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were particularly grateful for his prompt assistance when we encountered a small problem during our citybreak. The daily cleaning was a nice touch. The memory pillow provided an excellent night's sleep, a rare find in hotels.

The only drawback was the small bathroom, but it wasn't a big issue for our short stay.

cosy room. great position. in the neighborhood there are good cafes and places to eat ice cream and shops of other cultures. it is possible to reach the most important sights on foot, for those who don't want to walk, the bus and metro are close by.

The entrance to the building is outdated, but this does not reduce the value of the accommodation.

The location is great, and it is a good value. The amenities were as described, so we are satisfied. We paid for the airport pickup, which was easily arranged and a comfortable trip.

The key and lock situation can be tricky. Although the proprietors demonstrated all the locks, we still had some trouble opening a few of them ourselves later on.
