The location is fantastic, so central but peaceful. It gets a bit noisy from the street but overall, great. The staff is very responsive and there's a way to access the building automatically if they're not there. The shower was AMAZING but the floor gets a bit wet around it since it's directly next to the bed. The bed however was so comfy and the apartment was spotless clean. The green wall is a bit of a choice if you ask me (I'm an interior designer geek 🤓) but the lights are awesome and you can adjust them to any mood you'd like.

Nice decorated clean room located near a metro station and in a walking distance from Termini Station. We stayed for one night and it was a convenient solution. The manager Jhonny was friendly and extremely helpful and even let us store our luggage there before checking in.

The room was small and lacked a chair/ stool, but it wasn't really a problem for us for the duration of our short stay. We had some trouble changing the color of the lights.

Great location, 10 minutes from Termini and from Colosseum. Everything is nice and shiny, very clean. Johnny is a responsive manager.

A/C works strange.... Even though it was not too low for ordinary people maybe, for me 19-21 centigrade is too low after you come back from the streets of Rome where the temperature is often higher than 30 in the shadow and even though we asked to make it higher, like 24, it may be problematic as A/C is centralized for all rooms (we didn't have any fights with no one because of that but who knows who may be your neighbors). Anyway, I got sick after just three nights, because in the night I could feel the A/C blowing from somewhere even though it was not very low... And the boiler in the bathroom doesn't seem to support a lot of water so you should be bathing quickly.

A fun and cozy place to stay in rome. The experience is quite nice, with Johnny, the host, providing all the information needed from the start. The iLove room was spacious and and funky, with the convenience of amenities like shampoo, clean towels and a mini fridge always filled with water. The neighborhood is quite charming and a 10 minute walk from the Coliseum in a residential area.

Altough the bed was comfortable and large, it was a bit noisy. But maybe that's the spirit of a iLove room.

Great location, within walking distance to termini (10min), colosseum (10min). Surrounded by coffee shops, grocery shop just 3min walk. Easy access anywhere you want to go: 6 stops to Vatican City by Metro Line A from Termini towards Battistini.

A bit noisy street (we didn't mind). The disinfectant used to clean the room was a bit too strong. It was hard to eliminate its smell even though the window was open continuously for the whole stay.

Really quirky but cool room! Immaculately clean room, smelt clean every time on entry! Comfortable bed. Johnny was very helpful and always willing to offer advice and suggestions. Both restaurants he suggested we loved! Short walk from train station. Also a short 15 min walk through nice gardens to the Colesseum. Found google maps way over estimated walking times to places... perhaps we're just quick walkers! Would stay here again.

Can hear hallway noise and nextdoor rooms but wasn't at all a deal breaker.

A very beautiful structure, welcoming, extremely clean, and arranged in a new luxury and modern style, I had a superb room that I have no words to describe how luxurious it was, a dream position in the center of Rome, very close to the train station Termini, all this gave us a 5-star comfort ⭐️ plus, and I can't wait to come back again, the owner of the structure Johnny is a very sociable person, kind, nice and always available to help you whenever needed

Location was right on the metro A line - easy to get to main sites such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and Vatican. Linens were scent free - hugely appreciated by someone with allergies and sensitivities. Slippers were a nice touch.

The hotel was tricky to locate as there is only a small sign on the side of large wooden doors that says “IRooms”. We walked by it three times (tired after travel) before we realized it was the right place. Search for the actual address and you will be fine. The elevator is old, but it works. At first the unique of the room was shocking, but we quickly realized it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We struggled with the light in the shower and realized after a night of leaving it on that the remote controls it.

The staff (Johnny) was very responsive and friendly. The jacuzzi was clean and relaxing after walking a lot during the day. The bed was very comfy and the location was quite central, 200-300 meters to the subway and easy walking distance to the Colosseum area.

We lacked the hot water couple of times but Johnny was very responsive on that issue. The room would be even better with some more storage, some hang for the towels in the bathroom and a bigger safe box.

I had the pleasure to spent 3 nights in this iRooms. Jonny was very friendly and helpful. I was initially disappointed because of the color of the room light, it was RED, uncomfortable. Apparently it can be changed in the iPad available in the room, cool 👍🏽
