I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's ideally located, just a short distance from the city center, making it very convenient to explore all the main attractions. The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

The location was fantastic, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions such as the Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. The walking distance (to Vatican City) may be long for some, but it is definitely possible. We only took the metro to the Spanish Steps, not because they were far away, but because we were short on time. It only cost 4 euros and was just four stops away. We also took the train from Fiumicino airport to Termini station, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation, with plenty of places to visit along the way. The apartment was located near a main boulevard where we found everything we needed, including supermarkets, restaurants, and gelato shops. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this area. I traveled with my sister and we felt safe the whole time. The check-in process was very smooth. Although it was a self check-in, the host happened to be there and provided us with a map and a brief introduction to the city, which we found very helpful. We even kept the map to use as a reference throughout our stay. Additionally, the entry and exit to the apartment were very convenient.

Although check-in was supposed to start at 11am, we arrived at 3pm (we also specified the arrival time when we booked) and the room was not yet cleaned. We had to take a short walk before we could enter the room. While it wasn't too inconvenient for us since we had a four-night stay, it was still a bit of a letdown after the flight. After we entered the room, we also noticed that it wasn't as clean as we expected. This is something that could be improved. However, we were willing to overlook this issue because the host was very kind. The room was a bit small, but still acceptable. The noise from other rooms was quite audible, and the sound of the building's entrance door slamming shut could easily wake you up at night. But despite these issues, they didn't ruin our overall stay.

Unfortunately I got woken up a few times by noise and people coming and going room across the hall. Not much can done I guess as it is an old building but be aware. Perhaps some signs about being quiet in the night and slamming doors etc.

Room was lovely, clean bright modern and bed very comfortable. Wonderful high ceiling! Host was very personable and gave us good information about Rome. Great price highly recommend. On a quiet street just off main street with plenty cafes & restaurants to choose from. Perfect location for visiting the main historical sites, Coloseum, Palatine Hill & Forum 10 mins walk. We are walkers & found it easy walking access to Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps then continued on to Vatican City. Probably too far for many in one day but hop on hop off buses aplenty. Definitely book online tickets in advance to see Coloseum, especially if limited for time as we were there 3 days & could only get inside tickets on 3rd day.

Room was cosy and nice for the price! Staff was very nice and helpful, communication was swift through WhatsApp. Great that they were flexible with key delivery, as we arrived late. Good air condition

There’s no refrigerator in the room! Our toilet broke during our stay, but was fixed quickly after. it was quite noisy, with neighbors going out really early and coming home very late, so we had some disturbances with our sleep. Location was a bit far from the historical city center by foot, but in a nice residential area, which made us feel safe. there was metro available nearby.

The bed is very comfortable, suite is airy and cozy. Very quiet, property manager is very kind and helpful, provided us some good recommendations for food, answered all our questions helpfully and promptly

Great location to go an explore Rome from. 10 min walk from the Colosseum and 5 min walk to metro stations. The room was spacious enough for a 3 night stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful with our late check in.

The walls shared with other apartments are quite thin so you can hear into other rooms but the location and price more than make up for it.

20 min walk to colleseum. Clean good size room . Perfect for our overnight stop. There is iron in room .(first for out trip)

Location was very good and very close to the Metro. Could easily walk to Colosseum and most attractions.

When I booked this, I thought it was a hotel but it's an AirB&B - there are 3 rooms. It didn't bother me as it is in a convenient location.
