Amazingly close to the colosseum, great location but not the BEST location for a first time tourist. Spacious and nice rooms.

It’s marketed as a bed & breakfast, however there’s only a few croissants and biscuits offered in a jar, along with coffee pods but you’d need to buy your own milk. We didn’t really use the kitchen, although it was great it was open 24/7 incase. A little far from all popular rome sites, but wasn’t an issue. We genuinely loved where it was but would also stay in another area next time. The host didn’t seem to care much about how our stay was going, and just asked us to rate the property a 10 at the end which I found a bit rude.

The location is amazing, the colosseum is 10 mins away, no transport needed. Its on the 5th floor, so the view is also quite nice. The pillows were great, and the bathroom newly renovated. They also have a small fridge in the room. The kitchen is small but cute, we could make coffee and take a few pastries. They also let us leave our luggage there after checking-out, which was super helpful.

The welcome from the staff wasnt exactly warm :/ but we could contact them via whatsapp, and everything went smoothly from there. The shower was leaking a bit and the cleaning could improve (spots on the blanket and courtains).

Our stay at Colosseoinn was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to public transport, restaurants, and other major attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were well maintained, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. What made the experience truly exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us great recommendations and was always available if we needed anything. His hospitality really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Colosseoinn to anyone visiting Rome.

The room was cozy and clean. The bathroom was clean too. The balcony added beauty with a good sunrise view. The owner of the place assured us that we are doing well during the stay. Even he offered a complimentary breakfast from his end as a kind gesture. The location wise no comments. The Colosseum is so close, just 10 mins walk from this accommodation that you get to enjoy the day and night both view of it.

The airconditioner was not at all effective. Even after setting the temperature at 16°c the room was not cold enough. We didn't find the necessity to switch on the TV during our visit as the stay was just very short. Every night the television in room 4 where we stayed used to get switched on automatically on its own around 1:30 am. There might be some timer that's set.

The complementary breakfast was just enough to get us going for the day. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, museums and many other sight seeing adventures. My two sisters and I felt safe in the area day and night. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Humberto was always very friendly, attentive and reliable. It was quite difficult to check in. Even I announced when I will arrive with kids (8pm). The staff don't understand that there is no possibility to contact them online, they don't use any app for communication nor answering on booking chat. They expected to be called with Roaming tariffs and thinking it is free when they call us. How can be so clueless and working in tourism...

The accommodation is nice and pleasant. We were only there for one night, so I can't rate the location. Public transport is nearby. Pleasant street with everything you need. Bars, shops, restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet location. Umberto, the owner of the apartment, is a very charming and nice gentleman. Breakfast is Italian, therefore sweet. This is fine. The choice is large.

There was a small problem with communication. We asked about an earlier check in and we got the answer two days later, when we were already home :)

Fabulous location close to trains, the Colleseum, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The gentleman who welcomed us was super friendly. Excellent value for money.

Not the fault of the property but several people arrived in an adjoining room at 3am and made a HUGE amount of noise. It is a shame other guests aren’t more considerate and at least keep noise to a minimum.

Umberto was the only member of staff we dealt with on our 3 night stay, he was friendly, helpful and chatty when we bumped into him in the hallways. The room was cleaned daily which was nice, and the room had a lovely little balcony. Great location, 10 min walk through a nice park to the Colloseum but was quiet on a night

The mini fridge you get in the room didn’t go very cold even on the highest setting, but there is a communal fridge you can use in the kitchen

Close to everything. Quite. Clean. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean linen and towels. Housekeeping every day. Extra blankets, pillows. Hairdryer. Shared kitchen with cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. kettle and microwave. Also choice of tea and coffee and you can get some choice of biscuits for breakfast too. Air conditioner and mini fridge. Everything in working order. Issue with shower was fixed straight away. Recommend to everyone. Shop few minutes away with food and everything you need. Drinking water on almost every corner. We was scared when i read the reviews but everything was great. Recommended. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
