Everything was perfect. Location really close to the Colosseo with a lot of place to eat . Clean and very comfortable apartment with full kitchen equipment. Washer and dryer machine really helpful. The lady from the desk helped us to order a taxi at the check out time. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommend it!!!!

The host was great very quick to respond easy check in, very accommodating really appreciated. everything was great apartments are very well equipped, everything you need. the area was amazing everything near the Colosseum was just 5min walk shops and restaurants 5min walks also quiet area very nice an safe. overall stay was excellent.

They need to change the glass side tables, they had a bit of rubber plastic on the feet edges as they where chipped quite dangerous, they came off and my nephew who is 9 years old cut his little toe but they had a first aid kit so it was okay. the first aid kit - Just needs to be more stocked up and get rid off the tables pls, not safe if you have little ones around. Apart from this they dealt with it very good, and let us check out later as we needed more time for my little nephew to get ready. Very happy with our stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adult and 2 children). Very useful and suitable for families. All your needs have been considered. Refrigerator, oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, fork, spoon, glass, plate, pot, pan, even coffee brewing (mocha pot) and coffee have been considered. Since we went in winter, we did not have any problems with heating. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. There is a smart TV with internet access. Very close to the Colosseum. You can reach it with just a 5-10 minute walk past a park. There are 3 supermarkets very close. You can do almost all your shopping from those markets. Also it is close to Rome Termini station. There is also a metro station 10 minutes away by walking. We were able to go to the hotel from the airport for a fee of 50 Euros. It takes approximately 30 minutes. However, since there may be traffic congestion in the morning and evening, we recommend that you take this into consideration. There is a small office inside the apartment building where you stay. Check-in procedures and key delivery are carried out at that office. Additionally, when the time that you specified for check-in arrives, they call you and ask about your current situation and whether you need any help.

Unfortunately, there was no one in the office when I checked out of the hotel. If it weren't for the staff there doing gardening and calling us a taxi from the taxi station, we might have lost some time reaching the airport.

The apartment was well-appointed, newly renovated and clean. We were pleased it was as described and the same as in the photos. The entire property is well run and comfortable. It was near a park, and 15 minutes from the Coliseum. Everything we wanted and needed was easily accessible.

One recommendation I would make is better support. Mia, the on-site person was great to work with and informative. It wasn't clear to me as to her hours of availabililty. When she was in her office, she was always very helpful. When I used the concierage available through WhatsApp it was a few hours before they would respond, and unfortunately not in the timeframe I needed the informaiton.

The cleanliness, the location being walking distance to Colosseum. And above all, the friendliness of the staff members. They’re easy to talk to and very clear with their instructions about check-in process and would even recommend where to buy cheaper metro tickets etc.

Probably just the few steps that we need to climb after exiting the lift and have to carry our luggage. But then again, if you let them know of your arrival and check-out time, someone will be helping you carry the heavy luggage

Apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Check in and check out were very easy, and they accommodated our request for early check in.

The shower in the primary bedroom is tiny. I understand that this is more typical in Europe than what we're used to in the U.S., but I'm mentioning this because I think it could be difficult for larger people. My husband and I are fairly average sized and we made it work, but with lots of bumped elbows. Definitely not a big deal in the scheme of things.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Colosseo Gardens which was very clean and comfortable. It was located close to Colosseo and a short walk to public transport. Good kitchen facilities for those who wish to eat at home.

Would have been nice to have had one of the larger apartments considering we were a group of 6 and staying for 5 nighta. A change of towels at no extra cost would have been useful.

Perfect location 10mins walk to santa maggiore, 20 mins walk to roma termini, 20mins walk to san giovanni de laterano. The place is so clean with rooms and toilets and kitchen is fully equiped. The lady in charge Gladys was friendly and approachable . This place is Highly recommended .

Person who met us was very helpful and provided guidance on nearby restaurants, food shopping and how to get to the subway. The apartment was very spacious and met our needs. Had a washing machine which was great as we were halfway through our trip. Very close to the Collesseum.

Air conditioning did not work in the apartment we were in. The nights were cool so we left the windows open (on 2nd floor) but a few nights there was someone making an awful lot of noise outside. It is an apartment building so no one onsite at night. Did not impact us that much since we were so tired after sightseeing all day.

The apartment was ideally located close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Domus Aurea and many others within walking distance. It was clean and well appointed. Gladys, the manager was very accessible and helpful. We particularly liked the architecture of the converted building with its courtyard.

The apartment is quite small but as you are out most of the day it didn't matter much. A little on the expensive side at around 2200 Euro for 6 nights.
