Very easy to get to and walking distance to the colosseum. Very clean and comfortable. Almost no street noise despite the great location. A wonderful oasis after a long day of travel!!

A little difficult to find- signage out front wasn’t obvious

Aldo & Team really took care of us. Our room was cleaned every day and everything flowed smoothly from check in to checkout. For what we paid the room exceeded our expectations. AC was a huge plus given how hot it was during our stay. We had fresh waters & towels after every room cleaning. Jayson scheduled our taxi for us so we didn’t even have to think about transportation to the airport with our early flight. Location is perfect being a ~5 minute walk to the coliseum. This place is a great choice when visiting Rome!

The only thing I can think of (and this is a reach) is the audible noise the plumbing makes. But If you have visited Italy/Europe before this will not be a surprise.

Such a great experience! The room was really clean and we were greeted by staff with a warm welcome. They ensured that we had fresh clean towels everyday and cleaned the room after we left the property, ensuring we came back to a spotless bedroom. The view was also amazing, which overlooked the colosseum. I asked for a little surprise and they were great in bringing fresh red roses for my partners birthday, which added a great touch to the whole experience. We were in touch throughout our stay and were informed of everything in detail. Thank you for a great experience! Will definitely recommend and be back in the future.

Only downfall was that there was a lot of moths in the bathroom, but could have been from the outside or weather.

Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and clear - the whole process was made extremely easy after a complicated day on getting into Roma. The location was good as it's right down the road from the Coluseum and various restaurants, but not on a busy part of the street. They also cleaned the room respectfully (leaving obstructing clothes folded on the bed), and replenished with water bottles each morning. They also let us keep our luggage in a temporary room whilst we had tours on our checkout day, to pick up later with a special key. We had the suite with city view, but would recommend any of the 3 rooms to anybody considering going with La Finestra sul Colosseo!

We really could not find anything wrong or that we didn't like - I would recommend this place to all.

The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, quiet (our room did not face the street). There was shower gel, shampoo, soap and bottled water provided. We also had cleaning, if anything ran out they replaced it. We were able to book the accommodation early. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage in a locked place. I will book accommodation here again next time we go to Rome. Thank you for everything.

The property is located close to the colosseum and local restaurants, and very close to public transportation. Excellent location and being in between lines A&B of the metro system allows you to easily access all areas of Rome. Fabulous location in a lovely area of Rome

Very clean, and the lift access made it so accessible. Very comfortable and tastefully designed. I hadn’t appreciated the rooms was served, and the attention to detail and warm welcome we received from the owner and staff made our stay extra special. Wonderful host, nothing was missing and really happy to help their guests

We loved this B&B .The area was fantastic, within sight of the Colosseum .Jason took such good care of us ,he was kind and very professional ,giving us great information about local restaurants and preparing the breakfasts, which were delicious . It was such a luxury having them brought to the room .The area felt very safe at night.We will definitely be back

The room really did look lovely, the ceiling is gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were amazing! The location was great, a 10 minute walk to both A and B metro lines (and the Colosseum). Overall a great spot, really happy with it.

There was a mini fridge in the room which was very loud at night so we had to unplug it. Also as a warning for those with mobility issues, there are some stairs before even getting to the lift to the rooms so not exactly wheelchair accessible!

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the colosseum and roman forum, you have manzoni and colosseo metro stations within 5 to minutes walking distance also. The room was fantastic, roomy, comfortable, high ceilings and a view of the colosseum out the window, good sized bathroom also
