The space, the facilities and location and that it was daily cleaned and hotel via Booking . com was very helpful and assisted with all my queries promptly. It had hanging and cupboard space and a place to put your suitcase. Air-condition unit. 2pp Nespresso pods each day. Soap and clean towels available. Lift to first floor for luggage. Large and comfortable bed and bedding.

Bed in living room had plastic cover underneath bedding that makes it warm to sleep on. No kettle. No reception to ask information about public transport and amenities and sites to visit. Website created impression of reception at hotel. Uneven cutlery and too little crockery. Had to ask for extra forks, sharp knife, extra mugs. Had to ask for extra pillows.

It is really very clean and comfortable, I sow the reviews of some previous guests who had to wait long to be able to do the check-in , so I got little bit worry so I contacted immediately the property telling I would need to get the room when arrived , they gave me a phone number to call when I would arrived at the property to take all the informations to get the room so I had no to wait so a suggestion for the next guests would be to message the property about they arrival and ask informations to get to the room so they can avoid confusion and misunderstanding

I personally like quite places , the room was soundproof but since the window was facing on the street , it was little bit noisy for the cars

Everyone is always very very kind. We had the opportunity to leave the luggage there due to the late flight back home. Angie is always super nice and helpful. Thanks for always taking care 🙏🏻❤️ Area is amazing, 5 min to go to the colosseum and/or next metro station (Manzoni) Nice bistros near by, supermarket and grocery shops. Worth to come back!

I wish the bed could be a little more comfy and the shower pressure not that hard but generally speaking, everything is always super tidy and clean. Absolutely worth to come back.

It was such a great pleasure and incredible experience to stay here, in Rate Tullia&Prisca Relais! Awesome place, much mere better than you can seen it in the photo! Two steps away from Coliseum. So kind and pleasant girl works here. And any other small but useful and helpful things which had made our staying fantastic, for example- you can find small kitchen area opens every day nearest you room, with all of the useful stuff. Highly recommended Rate Tullia&Prisca Relais!

No full time help desk, only reach by messenger. A bit cold in the room (I tried to manage by conditioning but not a lot of luck)

Very hospitable staff. At 23:00 excepted my call and explained everything because we arrived late. the concierge man is super helpful person. The apartment is very near to the Coliseum. all another signs in walking distance or you can use buses that stop in the corner of the building😊

I arrived out of hours and unfortunately I had booked a double when I needed to book a twin. Even though it was out of hours, the hotel arranged for a member of staff to come only a few minutes later, split the bed into two singles and replace the bedding. I was really very impressed. My friend (whom I was travelling with) works for the De Vere hotel chain and he thought it was fabulous value and really very good. I would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel in a central location. My room had side view of the Colosseum. Clean and renovated rooms. I was generally pleased and i recommend this hotel.

The hotel has not a 24/7 reception and the room was insulated but you can here some noises from the outside street.

This is a guest house 8 rooms all locked off. Very comfortable rooms. The online staff SUPER as was the welcoming check in. I honestly didn't know when I booked it wasn't a traditional hotel but it was fabulous. 250 meters from coliseum.

No coffee inside but was on corner shop so not a deal breaker once you realize where you are locates.

A lot better than expected. Beautiful and clean interior with friendly staff. Excellent location near every transport you need. No noise despite the vicinity of the road. The mattress was exceptional and perfect sleep, as it was much needed. Definitely coming back!

Water and soft drinks in the fridge are charged, although there is no price list to warn you. These could be complimentary for the price we are paying...
