The location is great, 3mins walk to bus station it's very easy to go anywhere in the city. Ostello Bello is really close to Colosseo and the lovey neighborhood Monti. The staffs are frinedly, my room was nice. relly love the rooftop and the atmosphere here. I will recommend to stay in Ostello Bello if you are solo traveler.

The staff is super friendly, and there are plenty of common areas where you can make friends, work, or just relax. Every day, they organize activities to help guests meet each other or explore the city together. They have a bar, food options, laundry facilities, and even a kitchen where they leave free food for you to cook! The breakfast is good, too. I originally planned to stay 3 days but ended up staying almost 2 weeks, and I’ve come back again since then. The location is perfect and safe, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. There are supermarkets nearby, metro stations, and it’s very close to Roma Termini, the main train station I used several times to visit nearby towns, beaches, and lakes. Honestly, I would live here if I could!

Choosing Ostello Belo was the best decision my friend and I could have made! The accommodation, breakfast, comfort, security, impeccable cleanliness - absolutely everything was better than we could have imagined. Wonderful staff with great attitude. Well equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave, fridges, electric jug, utensils and ingredients like pasta, vegetables and fruit. You can eat in the kitchen or on the open roof top terrace. There is also free sparkling water and coffee and a welcome drink, laundry facilities and a bar. There are activities every night that give you opportunities to meet new people and spaces you can work during the day. There is a lift so getting your luggages to your room is a breeze. All these nice little touches give the hostel a great atmosphere and positive experience in staying in a hostel. Location is good, close to the Rome Colosseum.

We booked 2 rooms with private bathroom and were given rooms on Level 2. Rooms were accessible by lift and were carpeted and passable by cleanliness standards.

I stayed just one night in transit. The lovely girl at the reception was super kind and welcoming, upgraded my room for no extra charge, so I spent the night in a double room instead of a six-bed room. The room was very nice with a gorgeous large bathroom, partly finished with natural marble. Everything was perfectly clean, new snow-white bed linen and towels, a comfortable mattress, a convenient shelf in the capsule, a socket, a lamp. You could use the kitchen or order breakfast in the hostel cafe, but I don’t eat breakfast, so I just drank free coffee on the sunny terrace. Since my flight was after lunch, it was very convenient to leave my luggage in the storage room, also for free, which is rare after check-out. The ideal location in the heart of Rome allowed me to leisurely walk around the main sights, including the Vatican, in a few hours. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was very kind, I really enjoyed the activities and the company. I liked the shared kitchen, the offerings in the kitchen such as rice, couscous, pasta, fruits, and vegetables, as well as the terrace.

The rooms were not very clean, but it wasn’t a big problem for me since I was comfortable with the bed. One thing that surprised me was that I thought choosing a six-bed room would mean there would be six people, but when I arrived, there were only three of us. However, I don’t think this is an issue with the hostel. I was in a female-only room, and maybe there are more people in mixed dorms.

I really enjoyed the concept of Ostello Bello , I find the possibility of cooking my own food and even using some free ingredients very practical, I also like the Terrace and that’s a perfect space for me to work or to meet my customer while I am at the hotel , I also enjoy the laundry and in general all the amenities that come with being a guest

As I come to Rome for work and I have to meet many people I would love to be able to invite all the way to the terrace that is not always possible, it depends on the person at the front desk, could I make an agreement so that I can do that in the future?

I couldn't have stayed at a better hostel or at a more convenient location. I had travelled at several other locations on this particular vacation and had experienced a few other hostels, hotels but Ostello Bello Roma just exceeded all my expectations and gave me the best experience of all the other hostels/hotels. The room was awesome, the washroom absolutely clean and tidy and the bed was clean. The breakfast was good and the decor around the reception was pretty. The hostel is so close to the Colosseum and is hence a great place to stay.

Loved the location of this hostel as you're a short walk from the colosseum and a lot of different things. I love how they had lots of events going on for people to mingle and get to know each other. The outdoor terrace was awesome and rooftop kitchen and area in general were top notch amenities.

It can be a bit hard to work remotely in the later hours as the work spaces get very noisy, but overall was good!
