Andreas was a very friendly and helpful host, providing us with all the important information.All the means of transportation were nearby and only 10 minutes walking to the Colosseum.The room was clean and it had everything we needed ( even slippers and toothbrush!). We had a full breakfast in the apartment with fresh bread and croissants every morning, coffee, biscuits, jar and lots of goods in the fridge. There was also equipment for cooking.

We felt a little bit isolated from the rest of the building because the apartment was some steps under the ground floor and therefore not so shiny as it seems in the pictures, even though it had windows.The two single beds were very low and rather uncomfortable for us.

The Locanderia is perfectly located, near Colosseum, next to bus, tram and metro stations, at 20min walk from Termini central station, and to a lot of shops and restaurants. Oh, and San Giovanni Adolarata hospital, one of the best in Rome is also located 10min walking distance, it may sound weird to read in a review but when need be, it is really convenient 😉 ! The room we rented had a private kitchen and bathroom, everything was super clean and comfortable. Andrea is an amazing and very kind host. He welcomed us with a big smile, earlier than the usual check-in time, explained everything to us about the rental, and shared tips on the neighbourhood. Every morning he brought us croissants and bread 😋, and on our departure day he stored our luggage until we were ready to leave, and offered us a very cute and convenient Locanderia gift that I am sure you will appreciate as we did! The whole stay (5days) at Locanderia and in Rome was fantastic. Thank you Andrea 🫶

The property was very comfortable and very close to the colosseum and other attractions we were going to visit during our stay as well as cafes, bus and train stops and supermarket. It was very clean and tidy. We loved receiving croissants and rolls every morning at our door for breakfast. The fridge was stocked with water, soda, milk, snacks and even prosecco! We had plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. Would totally recommend to anyone.

There was nothing that we really did not like. A second set of keys would have been helpful but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This is the best kept secret in Rome. Andrea was so welcoming and nothing was a problem for him. The studio Apt was actually a bedroom with the comfiest bed , pillows and quality linens. We slept so well. We had a separate kitchen which was very well stocked...coffee machine, etc. The big surprise was the welcoming package....prosecco, water, soda cans, milk, ham, cheese, biscuits, cereal. To our delight and surprise the room was cleaned and goods used replaced! The position is so central to Metro....out of apartment, turn right and Collesiuum is at end of road as is Metro. Lots of good restaurants and cafes close by plus a supermarket that is a 5 min walk too. When we return to Rome....we will look to stay here!! Should really keep this a secret!!! Absolutely nothing!!!

Andrea and his staff were very responsive to messages and welcoming when we arrived. They helped us bring our luggage in and provided plenty of snacks and breakfast was provided. Andrea went out of his way to bring us breakfast early because he knew we had to check out early for our flight home. it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of the Colosseum and restaurants.

getting to the bed and breakfast was a bit challenging because it's Rome and it's just busy, and had very little parking, but Andrea helped us find a place to park!

The places we intended to visit were all accessible - you can walk, take the metro or the bus. The central station is also nearby. Restos and mini marts are situated in the vicinity. Matteo is very accommodating and helpful. He replied to our queries on time and direct to the point. He made sure that our stay is comfortable and enjoyable in spite of our exhaustion at the end of our day. Thank you!

A microwave/toaster in the room would be a suggestion, so we could heat up our pastries.

Andrea, the host, was incredibly welcoming and waited to check us in late due to a flight delay. He also provided us with lots of guidance on getting around and the best restaurants nearby. The apartment was beautiful, had everything you'd need including a lovely kitchen space and extra toiletries. Everywhere was incredibly clean and cleaned and refreshed every day. The breakfast foods provided were perfect and included fresh bread and croissants every day (the best croissants I've ever had)! The location is also perfect, very secure and only a few minutes from the colosseum which you can see from the road outside. I would highly recommend this stay for any couples looking to explore Rome.

This little apartment had the most comfortable bed i have ever stayed in! Thank you. The shower was lovely but be careful how much of the hot water you use if there is more than two of you. (it was perfect for us) Everything we needed was provided and every day we had fresh bread, croissants, ham & cheese delivered. It worked very well and we had some prosecco as a welcome.

The breakfast cannot be delivered before 8.30 however there is plenty of french toast, ham and cheese from the outset if you need to be off early.

Walking distance from the colosseum and other main attractions. Lots of restaurant options nearby and very well connected to public transportation! The host was extremely welcoming and provided lots of great advice and answered our questions regarding getting around the city. Breakfast provided daily was extremely helpful.

Bathroom on main level is right next to the front door, which was a little uncomfortable for my taste personally but it was still great!
