We really enjoyed staying at the White Rooms: the location was the perfect base to explore the city from. It’s close to many attractions (Colosseum of course just down the street), there are bars and restaurants just around the corner and yet it’s nice and quietly situated in a residential building. The rooms are simple but functional and clean. We especially appreciated the value for money ratio. Communication with the hosts was easy via WhatsApp and when we met Nina in person she was extremely friendly and warm.

The bathroom was not in the best condition (but cleaned well)

The location is excellent. It is 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Public transport in Rome isn't very good, so staying at a central place is a huge advantage. The room was really clean and spacious. There is a hot water jug in the room. There is a shared kitchen in the apartment. I liked the coffee machine in the kitchen. There were free coffee tubs every morning. We had our own bathroom. There was plenty of hot water.

The walls in all these old buildings are very thin. So if your neighbours are noisy, you'll hear everything. We had luck and ours were a little bit loud only one evening. What I had more problems with was the pillow and the mattress. They were hard and not comfortable.

Conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and the Colosseum. Immaculately clean and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room and also access to the kitchen/dining area with larger fridge/freezer. a stove and sink. Excellent size shower with hot water. Clothesline out the window too in the courtyard. Was up one flight of steps but even my elderly mother felt they were comfortable and manageable. Easy to contact via WhatsApp too.

One electrical socket not work.

Very comfortable stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and other key areas. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The space was just right for two people. Would definitely recommend!

The shower drained a bit slowly, so water would build up while using it, and the shower wall could have used a slightly better clean. But honestly, these were very minor details that didn’t affect how amazing our stay was. The location and overall experience more than made up for it—definitely not a dealbreaker!

The place is good. Very close to the Colosseo, so it was super easy to reach all the most famous attractions. The room was nice, bed was super soft and comfortable. Big thanks for huge tv with Netflix and Youtube, for gifted bottles of water and slippers. All in all the place is very cozy and clean even in the common space. The host Federico was very friendly, answering super quick and clear.

There were some things which we did not expect and so it disappointed us a bit: 1) the kettle and cutlery were in the common space for three rooms, so we needed to get out of the room every time we needed it, 2) the walls were super thin, so we could hear a very passionate couple in the next room, like we were participating too. 3) the wardrobe was a bit too high, that's why there was a special "stick" to help us use the hangers. We practiced and by the end of the stay were good enough in using it, but still it was a bit inconvenient. 4) The fridge was tiny, but at least it was present, so thanks a lot :)

Location was just perfect. In front of the buliding you can see Coloseum, ane there is a lot of nice restaurants near by. Appartament was spotless clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was very easy to get to the appartament and we have had instant contact with the host Federico. If you are going to Rome for the first time - this is perfect place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, the window opened to let in a little fresh air, and the area was quiet at night. The room was competitively priced and the facilities were in line with the price paid. The person that came to check us in was polite, well prepared, and professional.

The light in the bathroom could have been placed closer to the mirror so my wife could use it better for applying makeup. The light bulbs could be changed to make the light a little 'warmer', but this is a very small issue.

The location is excellent next to the Coliseum, and it's great that there is an option to leave luggage after check-out. .

The entrance of the building is awful and disappointing at first look, we did not want to even enter the place, not for old, but because of lack of maintenance. But when we entered the room itself all the rest were compensated.

Location was perfect, so close to Colosseum so I could go to enjoy at that view every night coz I am in love with that magical building. It was easy to communicate with host for self check in. The lady who cleans the apartment is wonderful, she helped me with everything I asked. The apartment is clean and spacious. I would like to come again. 🤗❤️
