Great location. Clean room. Good aircon which could actually be changed to an acceptable level. Overall a good place to stay when exploring Rome.

The room was as expected, an older property, but comfortable and clean, the staff were excellent, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was in a restaurant next door, for an additional charge there was a limited "buffet" with hot and cold options. Breakfast was adequate.

The shower could do with an update, there was an issue with the shower head and the handheld, the water only came out of the wand, with very little room in the shower stall, it was a little difficult to have a good shower. In saying that it's Rome an old City and you have to expect this. I've stayed in 3 different hotels in Rome and this is the pick of them, I would stay here again.

I loved this hotel and would stay again for sure. It's affordable for everything it offers. Starting with the main thing: LOCATION! Just a couple blocks from the Colosseum! As soon as you get out of the hotel and turn left, you already see the beautiful colosseum arches! The hotel is right next different restaurants, convenience stores, taxi's are always driving around the area (I would recommend using the local taxi, it costs the same than Uber but you will get around faster). The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are amazing. There's always a staff member in the lobby 24/7 and they will arrange transportation on your behalf. We needed a Taxi at 4 AM and the staff got it for us, on time and on budget. The area is pretty safe, we walked around late at night every night. They gave us a document with all their recommendations in terms of restaurants, attractions, transportation, I just loved the experience and we definitely got the local feeling, we didn't feel tourists at some times, the neighborhood is pretty cool and you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to, they have plenty of restaurants around to get a nice dinner, plenty of coffee shops where you can get breakfast, they even have a couple bars where you can drink and if you don't want to go out and keep spending money, there's a couple convenience stores around, there is specifically one convenience store right next door the hotel where you can get snacks, water, liquor, wine, beer and cleaning supplies if you need them. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

Rooms and shower are a little small but we understand the hotel is located in a very old building that has been adapted for hotel use and standards. Besides that, nothing more to say, just wonderful things.

They were amazing I will definitely be coming back here!! Valerio was an amazing employee and that helped us with everything as soon as we arrived he rushed outside to grab our luggage and helped immediately and was so nice and recommended us the best places to see and eat ! The hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was amazing my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it we miss it !! Also so close to the Colosseo and bus stops everything is walkable !!

Great location with just a 5 minute walk to the coliseum . The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage on arrival, especially as there was no lift and lots of stairs. Great recommendation for the restaurant next door, which was amazing. Not too far from the station and the airport Ciampino. Room was a good size and interestingly decorated.

The shower area had a bit of black mould, which shouldn't be there. For the centre of Rome it wasn't too bad, but there is road noise and church right opposite...so bells... Think there is some working being done as there was a cement dusty smell in the stairwell. No lift.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants, minimarkets, a metro station, and a tram stop nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and booking an airport transfer through them was seamless. From my window, I could see the Colosseum, which was truly breathtaking. The breakfast offered a great variety, but I especially loved the grilled vegetables and coffee.

The room was tiny, but as I was traveling alone, the small double room was perfectly fine for my needs

Accomodation in a perfect location of Rome, nearby to the historic center. Hotel has a nice perfume, daily cleaning, nice rooms. The only disappointing thing was that breakfast wasn't at the terrace of hotel but at the next door restaurant Clementi. Average breakfast, nothing special, but the worst was the breakfast room. Not cosy, cold and so cleaned. Due to breakfast the hotel decreases its quality.

Amazing location, view of colosseum from balcony. Beautiful decor, luxurious and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable- had the best nights sleep. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Arrived much earlier than check in, was going to see about storing bags but was given room key straight away! Stored bags on day of leaving, offered use of bathroom/facilities after collecting them. Good value considering location and standard of hotel.

Nothing! I’d absolutely stay here again and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Rome!

Its location was exceptional. Authentic Rome experience with all mod cons. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

1st night the room was not what we were expecting as booked, not to our taste, but the staff were very understanding, helpful & accommodating in moving us to a different room for the rest of our stay which was exactly what we had in mind when we booked .

I loved this hotel. The distance to Coliseo is just 200m... you can see it from the Hotel door... so, the placement of the hotel can not be better, it is fantastic! The room and the bath room were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Finally, I have to highlight the nice customer service of Alessandro in the reception desk. I will repeat in this hotel!!!

We can consider the price is high... but this is the Roma city center.
