Pre-arranged airport taxi transfers worked seamlessly. We arrived outwith check-in hours and the key collection procedure was easy to follow. The apartment itself had everything required for 2 people and was spotlessly clean. Can't comment on cooking facilities, as we ate out for lunch and evening meals. Breakfast consisted of 1 fresh filled or plain croissant, 1 bottle of juice, 1 portion of cereal, 1 x 2- pack of melba toast, 1 portion of jam and a coffee pod for the coffee machine. These were ordered via a Google form on a daily basis. The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk from the colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants, snack bars and wine bars in the vicinity. Our favourite was the Celio Bistrot, which is located at the bottom of the street from the apartment.

The water pressure in the bathroom area, but there was plenty of warm water. The view from the outdoor seating area, but that is outwith the control of the apartment owners.

The apartment is really well sized and super safe! I loved how peaceful the place was, and the proximity to the Colosseum. The front desk guy gave me a map and told me of all the good places to see and those to avoid, which was a huge plus for us! The appliances are also really good- DeLonghi and Smeg, which gave it a little more chic. I'd definitely stay there again and again

The breakfast and the bed were a miss for me. The bed has a deep body print showing its age, and not so comfortable because of that. It would've been hard to stay for longer than 2 nights. Breakfast was a little disappointing- a small little cereal box and 1 croissant. Milk is given on the first day only. And juice- whose flavour you cannot select

We loved everything about the ‘Flower’ apartment. The interior was bold and stylish, and it was the perfect size for two people. The location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to great restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated the breakfast bag each morning, which included fresh croissants, cereals, milk, juice, and more.

Nice and kind staff. Khan from reception was so helpful with everything. Mary, the owner, was also comunicatable when we had some questions. The apartment was nice, not so colourful, like on the picture as we got a ,,gold "room. The location was unforgettable, 5 min walk from Colloseum. We had everything that we needed.

I didn't like plastic plates and cups in the kitchen. Dining table in the hall beside the entrance door, with family with 4 I reassemble the table every morning, it wasn't difficult, but for price what we paid over 600 euro per 3 nights we expected more space.

We liked everything. Hotel and apartments well organized. Apartment was clean and had interesting design:D We requested baby crib which was in the apartment upon our arrival as well as feeding chair for our baby. Kitchen area very well equipped, espresso machine is a very nice complement. Balcony is also a big “+”, perfect for siting and drinking coffee after a day of sightseeing Location is good - in a touristic centrum of Rome, however very quiet with everything you need in the neighborhood - restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stops nearby.

Not too much of day light due to our apartment facing inner patio, so if this is a problem to someone , better mention it during booking process and pillows could be more ergonomic

The location The staff which answered promptly to every query The apartment had more than I needed(toaster and blender,coffee everyday). I appreciated the daily croissant and coffee. It is a quiet area,close to supermarket and bus/tram station. Several restaurants close also Except for the below issues,all good I recommend it

That water became cold after 10 -15 min of shower But I understood that they have limited quantity of hot water per apartment and I took shorter showers afterwards. The noise from the neighbors was unpleasant. When they walked it sounded like elephants jumping. All night long. Not sure if it was the floor the problem or the people.

The location of the apartments is excellent - 5 minutes from the Colosseum and close to public transport, Termini station is 25 minutes away (on foot). The building has an elevator and is operational. The apartment was large enough. We also got towels. The breakfast is interesting. You get a selection of items every morning and you can choose the flavors (you get a few things like juice, croissant, jam, cereal). Breakfast can be collected from reception and you can have it in your room. An interesting approach, but it works. The apartment has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself (even a microwave, fridge etc). We didn't, as we preferred to enjoy the famous Italian cuisine, but we could. Both receptionists we met (I think one was Khan, but unfortunately I didn't remember the other one's name) were super friendly. They also offered to store our luggage after our check-out.

The choice of colors in the apartment is - interesting. You can see for yourself in the photos provided by the hosts, but it's even more colourful in person. :) We had very noisy neighbours who could be heard through the walls late into the night, but that can happen anywhere. We didn't even complain as we considered this one of the wonders of traveling. The TV also didn't work as you would expect, but we didn't travel to Rome to watch TV so that's not a complaint either.

Location, property and staff were all amazing. We were 3 people, traveling with a 4 year old. Initially we booked the 2 bedroom apartment but when we saw it, we realized it was way too small for the 3 of us. Perfect for one person, maybe okay for two if not intending to spend too much time at the hotel but definitely not okay for 2 grownups and a kid. So we asked if we could switch to the 2 bedroom suite instead which was available the next day. They were super accommodating about it and that apartment was perfect. It had a dining area, a big bedroom and a futon in the living room for our son. Free Ironing and laundry were amazing especially with a small kid. Housekeeping was immaculate. And the staff were extremely helpful in anything we needed. One of the best places I've ever stayed in. Though keep in mind that each apartment is different from the other in layout etc so this review is for the 2 bedroom suite that we stayed in on the 2nd floor!

Location is amazing - just 6 minutes walk from Colosseum. Carrefour is 5 min walk. Guys at the reception were very nice, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good - great coffee machine was inside of apartment, delicious croissants, nice juices, good jams and flakes are to be taken after 08 am at the reception. Heating was well executed by air conditioner. Beds were very comfortable. Towels can be always requested for free at the reception. I’d recommend you bring your own tea, Jogurts/milk (they are not included into breakfast) and shower gel/shampoo.

I dont claim those were serious issues -otherwise I’d not give such a high ranking, but wifi was sometimes lost in both rooms in our apartment Hiroshige on 5th floor (only worked well close to the entrance door). Noise - well, I’m quite allergic to any noise, and thats why I claim it was pretty noisy in the apartment: you can hear neighbors, you can hear everything from the corridor, you can hear some cars/construction work pretty loud. Sound isolation between walls , of the entrance door, and windows is quite poor (again - its just my feeling). I was missing dishwashing machine as well, but its not that critical.

We absolutely LOVED the location - a 5-minute walk to the Colleseum and Forum. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had easy access on foot to supermarkets and eating establishments. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The one-bedroom apartment was somewhat small, but it was more than large enough for 3 of us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen we'll-supplied, and the bathroom adequate. The shower is a bit small for those of us who are tall or otherwise large, but it was similar to other places we've stayed. That's not a complaint - just a heads-up.
