The staff here are amazing! They're super kind, dedicated, and responsive—it's so refreshing to see! The location is fantastic—really close to the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants and awesome spots for a drink. There's even a Michelin star restaurant just a couple of streets away! The rooms are nice and tidy, and the AC was a lifesaver in the July heat of Rome. They have coffee capsules at reception, so you can make a hot and strong cup of coffee. We were really pleased with our stay—great value for money!

My mum's windows opened right to the rubbish bins, so in the heat, it smelled pretty bad. She stopped opening them because it was also noisy with people dropping rubbish and chatting right below. It was a bit of a nuisance. My bathroom had a tiny shower with no shelves, so all our stuff ended up on the floor. I washed my long hair once, and the whole bathroom flooded, with water even coming up from the drain by the toilet, making it smell like sewage. A shelf and some plumbing work would fix it right up!

It was really clean and cosy. The location was excellent. It was near to coloseo for 4 minutes walk and very close to shopping centers. Altough I did not see the staff, they were available on whatsapp and whenever I had questions they answered so quickly. The air conditioner worked perfect. The bed was really comfortable.

The main door and doors of other room were really noisy that bothered me. I remember I was woken up at 1 am by the noise of the doors which was scary for me. I think one other possibility could be the walls, which were thin.

I like the location, comfortable bed, good size room and bathroom for this price. Really cute cafe just outside the place with cheapest cappuccino we found in Rome and tasty sandwiches, we always had breakfast there. Very good value for money

Only thing I didn't like, it's not enough day light in the room, as it was ground floor with a fence and a high trees outside, so you need to use light all the time, but we spent only mornings and nights there, so it didn't really matter

The hospitality was excellent, especially since we had a child with us. Although check-in was at 2:00 PM, they allowed us to enter at 10:00 AM and quickly prepared the room for us. The service was at a high level, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Everything was perfect, and they were very attentive to us. Next time I visit, I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Supreme location, everything handled online, you get access codes to the property which is super convenient. Room was nice, could have been a bit more spacious. Bathroom was big with enough amenities to last the whole trip. Bed was one of the most comfortable ever. Small shops nearby to have breakfast.

The hair dryer, already looked sus when I took it out of the bag it was stored in but didn't really had any other options as I didn't bring one. During blow drying my hear it actually blew out sparkles and slightly exploded.

Location, communication with and help by the staff and after hours access was excellent. Liked the fact that they helped with airport transfers. Liked the flexibility with checkout (when possible) Liked that I could open the window and that i had individual air conditioner.

The rooms was very very cozy with very little space to move around the bed and very little natural light. Virtually no space to hang the clothes or put suitcases. Perhaps smaller bed would fit better. To be honest Italy is famous for it's coffee and one pod of coffee provided per day was hardly enough even for non Italian. I can go to a corridor to make it but would prefer more then one espresso per day.

First of all the location is amazing, so close to the Colosseum its untrue. Everywhere we wanted to visit was basically within walking distance. The streets around the apartment have some great places to eat, cheap and not so cheap. The apartment was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very minor quibbles, really, the mirror in the bathroom wasn't great for shaving as there wasn't a bright enough light, and the kettle was shared. Everything else was very good.

It is a little room, with everything you need. The location is perfect, only 2 minutes from Colloseo. It is a quiet environment, a lot of good restaurants and a half an hour walk to all museums etc. They offer to clean your room every day. The owner of the place was so friendly and wanted to help with everything. It was a really nice experience.

The only cons were that the walls were so thin and the entry door was loud. For a couple of first rooms it can be a problem at night.

The guest house is in a fairly chill neighborhood but still at a very walkable distance from the Coliseo. The room is comfortable, with AC, and internet works very well (very appreciated!). You can self-check in.

You barely see any staff (it's not terrible at all, just something to keep in mind).

the hotel is unbelievably central, so close to the colosseum and only a 20-30 min walk to most other central sights. air con was really good, beds were comfortable, towels changed every couple of days and the shower had hot water when needed. it was my boyfriends birthday during our stay and Hassan left us some treats and champagne on the day to celebrate. really great service and so reasonably priced as well. Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby to use as well.
