The people who manage the apartment are the real shining stars. Our manager was extremely helpful with coordinating driver pickup, storing luggage, and giving practical advice on navigating the city. The location is close to the Colosseum and felt safe. There was a nice guest book with important numbers, instructions, and helpful local information (like restaurant recommendations). The management took good care of us and communicated well. The slippers, treat basket/juices, and coffees were an extra nice touch.

I didn't realize it shared a common kitchen area with other apartments, so that was slightly awkward, but it worked out. I couldn't figure out how to use the microwave; it would be nice to have instructions for that also included in the guest book (that is just a minor suggestion).

The staff was amazing! They gave us great advice for food and experiences. They were always ready to answer our questions. The rooms were perfect and they have A/C that works. They are within walking distance to the colosseum AND the best cappuccino and gelato places that we found while touring Rome. I can’t recommend Home and More enough. We traveled Italy, Switzerland and Germany and this place was easily our favorite stay.

Great apartment a an amazing location, just 3 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Very well equipped with everything you need. Plus, they put in every room some water, juice, cupcakes etc, which is really nice of them. Clean, tidy, and very spacious room. And the host was extremely nice and gave us some recommendations and tips. We loved it!

The location was perfect, really close to the Colosseum. There is a little Carrefour Express opened 24h which was helpful with my little one of 1 year old. It was clean and well remodelled with good finishes.

It is extremely close to the Colosseum, literally less than 5 minutes walk, a lot of restaurants next to the hotel and it’s easy to find it on the map. The temperature in the room was warm enough for winter time. The staff was really kind, they explained where to go and what to see, where is better to eat or just walk around. 10/10 would recommend and go back again

Very nice and clean room, with comfortable beds and good amenities, at an excelent location, ideal as a base for getting around Rome. The staff was very friendly, polite, helful, attentive, and with immediate responces to our communication.

If I would suggest a small improvement, that would be for the room to be cleaned maybe at least once during our four nights stay, and maybe improve a little the amount of toiletries.

It was very private and the location near the coloseum was great. Room was clean and the kitchenette was well equiped.

The extra bed for third person was not so comfortable.

The room was modern, very clean comfortable and the A/C temperature was great! The fridge temperature was also good and it was stocked with sufficient water and juices. There were also welcoming snacks.

The WiFi network wasn’t working.

Host very friendly (allowed us to check in in early as well) and provided nice information. Ample towels, soap, breakfast snacks, etc. And location very convenient to the Colosseum and Forum.

Only thing we weren’t prepared for was a random cash tax of E3.5 per person that the host asked for at check-in. Found that to be slightly odd, but wasn’t worth arguing over.

Location is great for the price.

There was too much moisture, I think is the problem in whole building.
