The apartment's modern design and ideal location near the Colosseum were exceptional; the garden provided a delightful setting for evening drinks. We highly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including slippers, water, juice, tea, coffee, biscuits, and buns. The air conditioning in each room was excellent. The rooms exceeded expectations, surpassing the online photos. While the sofa bed's use for our group of five reduced living room space, it did not detract from our overall positive experience. The restaurant at the bottom of the street was exeptional and we ate there a few times. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location, literally next to the Colosseum. Nice neighborhood to have as your base for your holidays. Laura was amazing with us, easy to reach through WhatsApp, had a pdf ready with tips and some restaurants/bars suggestions around the area. I made some research before going there and she kindly confirmed of they were good places to go or to avoid. The room was extremely clean, they had a welcome basket with some goodies for us to have, towels and slippers (great touch), comfortable bed and enough storage for 2 of us. Coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer

The only issue is the room they use to advertise is not necessarily the one you book. We had a smaller version of the one in the pictures but you're not going to Rome to stay in your room anyway!

We love the location of the room. It was right down the street from the Colosseum!! Very charming!

The apartment wasn’t like the picture. I sure understand and think that I was warned about that when booking but still disappointed are you still good? We did have a charming window that looked out onto the street and we could see the Colosseum from the window.

Amazing location, minutes away from the Coliseo and within walking distance from the centre and a lot to f attractions. A lot of good places to eat and have coffee. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of useful information.

The property is on two levels and there is a spiral staircase that could be challenging for children and older people, because the bathroom is downstairs.

We stayed in a small apartment and it looked just like the pictures. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, coffee maker, they even left us toast, jam, euro cream, juices, water. Internet was good, TV with Netflix. And the best thing is that the apartment is only 200m from the Colosseum! We recommend it to everyone!

The air conditioning worked, the spaces were clean, and location in front of the colosseum was outstanding.

There was a weird odor coming from the bathroom drain the first day.

the number one best thing about this property is the location. You can see the Colosseum from the window of the room i stayed in, doesn’t get any better than that. it was a 3 min walk to the colosseum, less than 1 min to the grocery store, the metro is very close too. the location was the best thing. The room is very well equipped with the things you’d need. The bathroom was great and the property was beautiful.

Overall the property didn’t have any real flaws, except the bed creaked so loud. It was so loud. Never heard a bed super loud like that. But I don’t move much in my sleep so it wasn’t much of an issue personally.

For some reason, the previous guest checked out late, which prevented us from checking in, but the host tried his best to arrange our luggage. And the landlord provided snacks, drinks, etc.

Clean, comfy, good a/c, responsible staff with welcoming food n toiletries.

everything was great. We got married in Rome and we got everything we needed also a champagne as a wedding gift. Staff very nice and helpful. we highly recommend you this place !
