The air conditioning was absolutely excellent quality and very much need3d as there was a heat wave. Even though there were bars underneath us we didn't hear their music which apparently played until 2am every night. Daily cleaner. Staff helped with our luggage.

That we had so many flights of stairs up to our room.

Location was perfect - right across the road from the Coliseum and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Stairs - dragging our bags up 4 flights of stairs was tough - but if you want the views you need to be higher so its a trade off :)

clean and modern right in front of the gladiators training archeological site and coliseum could be seen from our window too, it was across the street. There is no true lobby but all we needed was a room and we felt safe as we had keys to the front doors. There were four restaurants as we walked out the door and four more on the side facing the coliseum. You can buy your hop on hop off bus tickets across the steer. it is nice and convenient. we had a blast at the colosseum and forum.

70 stairs to our room on 3rd floor.no lift Pictures were not like the room we had at all

The location was great local to metro station, taxi rank & bus stops. Good restaurants & cafes nearby recommended by staff.

No elevator the stairs are rubbish and the air conditioner is broken

Close to the Colosseum, the Big Bus stop #3, restaurants along the street.
