The location was perfect - so close to the colosseum that I doubt you could stay any closer! Downstairs there is a lovely little cafe/bar which is ideal for breakfasts overlooking the colosseum. The building is beautiful! Huge tall doors, but feels secure with digital entry on all access doors. The lift up to the accommodation is really old fashioned and beautiful too. We had room 3, which overlooks the inner courtyard - so it is safe to leave your french doors to the small balcony open. The decor was very arty/modern and the bathroom was also good quality. Love that there is a working small fridge to store our water and fruit. We ate at nearby restaurants which were very good. Just check google maps for the locations. The host (Claudia) is lovely - was very responsive and helpful. She arranged our taxi from the airport and the driver waited even though our plane was delayed. I would book again if visiting Rome without hesitation.

The room was a good size but there are 2 steps down into the room that go across the whole room, making the use of the room space a little difficult. Not sure why there are there because there are 2 steps up to the room on the other side of the entry door. The bed is very comfy apart from it rolls into the middle - as we were there only 2 nights, it wasn't much of an issue but if I was there longer, it may have been more difficult to cope with. Shower door had an issue with coming off it's rails so was a little awkward - probably just needs some new rollers to fix.

it was directly next to the Colosseum it was right above Colosseum Metro room was a great size and bathroom gorgeous very close to a little LGBTQ area of bars and diners. lovely restaurant at the entrance. was very central for lots of historic sites a very short walk away.

elevator was ancient and a little scary! also you had to climb stairs to reach the elevator- so not great with heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

From my room I could see the Colosseum so it was easy to not get lost when exploring the city; find the colosseum = find the B&B. It’s easy to get to the usual tourist spots because the metro station is just across the road. The hosts were brilliant, they were friendly and provided a warm welcome and were available to help with any issues.

Location is unreal. You walk out the front door and you are in front of the Colosseum. While we did not eat at the cafe there is one immediately out of the door. We had an issue with the AC (likely user error) and Claudia had it fixed quickly. I would come back here without hesitation.

There was nothing to really not like. I will opt for the street view next time instead of the courtyard which is small .

Claudia communicated with us clearly before arrival, answering our our questions. Roberto met us exactly on time at arrival. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The best location in Rome, directly across the street from the colosseum. Easy access to landmarks, metro, taxis. Really a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!!!! Claudia even helped us arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price at a very early hour.

It's absolutely faultless. Clean, tidy, and beautiful. Could not get a better location or view. Right next to the colloseum with access to metro and bus service. We enjoyed walking everywhere as each road beholds beauty. We never met the hosts, but communication was brilliant and answered everyone of my texts or calls. Extremely helpful.

Perfect location for NYE, overlooking the Colosseum as the fireworks go off. Hosts were very responsive.

Previous guests have obviously not been the greatest with signs up all over the place saying “rude tourists, shut the elevator doors” which is a little confronting but didn’t bother us specifically

I loved B&B Colosseo Panoramic Rooms for its prime location near the train station and iconic landmarks like the Colosseum. The staff, Claudia and Roberto were fantastic, and the breathtaking room view added to the charm. The nearby dining options and excellent facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location is great!

Room 4 needs a little maintenance. Step electrical was loose and needs to be installed completely. Hot water container was dirty when we went to use it. Floor buckling in places. Bed lamp closest to the window would not light up.

The location was the best part of the room with great views and location. The room was comfortable, though some amenities were a little dated/older. The room was very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly, but if there was an issue, sometimes a delay of up to an hour, as they were not always available
