The location of this boutique hotel is amazing, literarily a few meters away from the Colosseum allowing you to walk everywhere for the most important sights in Rome. The decor is very quirky and cool and our suite was very comfortable. It was a pleasant oasis to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowded sightseeing. The staff were so efficient and helpful in their communication from the start, they booked our airport transfers, made suggestions for great restaurants and made us feel very welcome. The housekeeping was great too, the optional continental breakfast you can order to your room had plenty of options. Overall an excellent choice for a two night stay in Rome!

As charming and well thought out as the suite was ,we found that there wasn't enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries or anywhere to hang your towels. The walls are quite thin so the noise from surrounding suites and from outside travels quite a bit especially with people returning at all times of the night; we were woken up a few times.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They greet you when they see you and ensure your room is serviced promptly. Our room was extremely clean and was maintained that way each day. Each night an employee checked to see if we needed anything in our room, to include water, sodas or extra towels. Many nights we came back to our room to find chocolate on our bed and new slippers on the floor. When you left in the morning and returned at night, the person at reception always waved. There is a security gate to unlock to enter the property which gives you a secure feeling. The street is quiet compared to many in this busy area. Each time you leave the property your first view is the Colosseum, as you are just steps away. A three-minute walk has you at the Colosseum metro and about an eight-minute walk to the Cavour metro. Great restaurants in the area. The employees and service at this hotel are AMAZING!

The air conditioning and heating were turned off for the mid-season, which gave me a small panic. I asked for a fan and it was at the room when I returned later that day. I was never questioned as to why I needed the fan, and having the fan worked great with the outside temperature. If you needed anything to make you feel more comfortable, you just had to ask and it was resolved.

Very beautiful and convenient suit with everything you need for a short stay. Exceptional staff - very nice and helpful. We came to Rome for my husband’s birthday and not only was there a cake and champagne at our room waiting for us at our arrival, but at the restaurant, which was booked by the hotel manager for dinner - there was also a surprise dessert at the end. It was very thoughtful. Breakfast in the room was nice, but I enjoyed breakfast at the Manfredi hotel more - it was expensive, but the view and service were totally worth it.

It was a little bit too loud because of the construction outside the hotel in the morning at the last day of our stay, so we woke up too early.

The location of this hotel is fabulous for someone wanting to see all the old city sights in Rome. You can walk to most of them in under 20 min. The Colosseum is literally like 100m away. The rooms are nice and big. Unit has a mini kitchen which was useful as well. Small hotel. nice and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Coming around often to see if we needed anything. Even soft drinks in the mini-bar were included.

Bathroom was a little small for such a big room. Would have been nice if it was a bit bigger. But we did manage.

The location was quiet but very close to the colosseum and the metro station. The suite was very generous in size with good coffee making and small refrigerator facilities, and well furnished. This hotel definitely deserves a return visit.

The breakfast was small with yogurt and packaged croissant. No cooked food, even a boiled egg was available. I think that could be improved since the sister hotel is some distance away. However, there are restaurants very close that serve a full breakfast.

Excellent location. Very central yet remarkably quiet little enclave in the midst of a very crowded and frequently overwhelming city.

Bathroom was very small with insufficient surface area for toiletries and cosmetics.

Location, location, location! The hotel room was nice, we stayed in two bedroom garden villa. Definitely no view of a garden :-) but as soon as you walked out of the hotel, you were staring at the Colosseum. The hotel staff were lovely. Amenities were more than I was expecting including a bottle of Italian sparkling wine and sodas for the kids. I would definitely recommend this location/hotel especially for first time visitors. Great base! Walkable to piazza navinna/trevi fountain and plenty of taxis available.

Stunning interiors, great location and super friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, lovely bedlinen and a fantastic shower. Really loved the bottle of fizz on arrival. It was a great start to our three night stay. We enjoyed breakfast at the fancy sister hotel, amazing views over the Colosseum and also had a great time at The Court cocktail bar (also part of the hotel). We were recommended two restaurants by hotel - both of which were amazing. We all loved our stay at the palm suites and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and relatives ❤️.

This hotel boasts a unique location, just steps away from the Colosseum. We drove there, and the hotel staff promptly provided convenient parking. The service was exceptionally detailed; they even prepared a special cake for my girlfriend. The hotel's cleanliness is top-notch and very professional. Overall, an excellent experience!

The only aspect I think needs improvement is the shower in the bathroom. It could be expanded since there is enough space for enhancement, and the shower fixtures could be upgraded to better quality.

This property is unique , as it has been restored from an old building and it has been beautifully furnished. Furthermore it's location is just proper, and close to the Colosseum.. just a walking distance. Though there is no view aspect from the rooms, certain ones face a blank wall some distance away, the rear ones, they are really comfortable having all amenities.
