Hotel has a great location, just in the middle of the historical centre, next to Forum Romanum and Colosseum, we got everywhere by walking. Personal is very kind and breakfast were good with enough food. We really enjoyed staying here and can only recomended.

staff was lovely and very easy to access many places and so many place to eat near by

too noisy out side road for sleep there wasn’t enough curtain to block the light from out side / in my room I could hear water running or something from other room next my bed side / tv didn’t was any English Channel . there wasn’t kettle at my room as they advertised but staff say they can give tea coffees if I need . it will be handy if it’s was at room rather come so many step down in the morning to get tea .

The hotel is right in the main street with everything at your door which is the beauty of this little place. It is in walking distance to everything with the Colosseum at the end of the street and the Trevi Fountain easy to reach. We felt very safe and didn't have to travel far for restaurants and bars. The staff here are also exceptional and nothing was ever a problem, they also leave you little sweet treats to have throughout your stay which is a nice touch.

At times the water wasn't hot in our shower.

The entire Front Desk Staff were all Friendly and Helpful. We saw three different front desk staff members and all were Superb! Keep that up! Thank you to the person that checked us in. He gave us the inside scoop on downtown parking. I love it when somebody gets straight to the point and true reality of downtown Rome Parking. The Location is Excellent and the Coliseum is a Five-Minute Walk and where I parked our car.

The Breakfast needs Improvement. The Scrambled Eggs were COLD (Recommend one of those containers that has heated steam water underneath or something) and the Cereal should be put in a container that can be easily poured. The Croissants were probably the best, so bring more of those out. Recommend the hotel also uses an Airport Limousine (Van) Service similar to the one we used on Booking.com for larger groups. We are a party of five and the Van showed up in 30 minutes. The Van was for six passengers and cost 72 Euro with lots of luggage room. The Hotel's recommendation was to get two taxi's. The cost is 55 Euro Per Person for a Taxi, and 15 Euro Per Person for a Taxi Mini Van. But you can only put Four Persons in a Taxi Mini Van.

Central location, simple but nice breakfast included. Very comfortable beds and couldn’t hear noises from the street. We were staying only one night arrived before mid day to leave our luggages but reception staff said they room is ready and we can checked in already. Also we were allowed to store our bags all day after our stay.

The location is superb - just around the corner from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vittoriano memorial and new archaeological sites. Plus there are numerous restaurants and souvenir shops on the doorstep. It’s also a very quiet location at night. The staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble and there’s always someone on Reception to give tourism advice or lend a hand.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The location of the property is ideal, being close to the Colosseum. The mattress was very confortable,

The room wasn't updated, and the walls were dirty. Cleaning service wasn't all the time done as good as in other ocasions. The room was large, but the carpet was having stains and also, you could smell some odd odor of a dated room.

Excellent location, close to Avenida Imperiale and Coliseo. We walked to Coliseo at night to see the lights. Helpful front desk staff and excellent woman making coffees and setting out breakfast foods. Cute juice bar available all day. AC was not as cool as desired but worked. Daughter found mattress a bit too hard but overall, we enjoyed out stay. Grazie mille.

Mattress was a bit hard and fridge did NOT work at all. AC was warm but worked after a bit.

beds were a little stiff

The staff was wonderful! Friendly people at the front desk, and efficient cleaning people. Front desk also arranged an airport transfer. Gave great directions and maps. Even gave suggestions when our original tour was canceled.

Was a small issue with the room the first night but was quickly corrected and moved to the larger room that was the reservation
