very polite and helpful staff. they let us leave our bags at their place after check out and pick them up later because we had a late flight. upon arrival they gave us a map of the city and tried their best to explain where the main attractions were and how to get to them. and as for cleanliness, we finally stayed somewhere where the shower is clean

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and easy to deal with. The location is fantastic, only 5 mins from the Colosseum. Whilst the facilities are modest, the pricing is in line with the room. Our rooms were in perfect order and very clean. The bathroom was small, but spotless.

An old building in the centre of town, we can hardly complain about not being able to use the small elevator (I think reserved for residents of the building).

We loved the location. Our purpose was to visit as many ruins as possible and this location provided ample opportunity. The room was also very clean and the host worked with us due to a late plane.

The customer service by Valentino and his sister who own the hotel was amazing. They take immense pride in providing tourists a brilliant experience . The room was exceptionally large, there was plenty of hot water, air con, block out blinds, king size+ comfortable bed, desk, fast wifi located 200 metres from Coliseum.

Excellent location - walking distance to the main attractions. Super helpful staff. Spacious bedroom. Good quality towels and bed linen. Comfortable beds. Well equipped bathroom.

The air-conditioning and the TV need improvements. It doesn’t have a minibar. Only stairs.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we asked for an extra set of sheets and blankets along with and electric kettle, the staff were very prompt in handling our request. The location is right next to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and only a short walk from the other major attractions. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay that is clean with all the basic necessities, and aren't in the market for anything upscale, this is the place for you

Bed not the best. Noisy outside (because the neighborhood is active). 2 stories up, no elevator.

The beds could be abit more comfortable

The location is approx 800m from Roma train terminal (when flying into Leonardo FCP airport), which saves on walking-taxi-Uber costs. It also has the Coliseum at the bottom of the street (400m away) to the left and the Piazza Venezia to the right. Plenty of restaurants, shops and alleyways as you exit the large wooden doors securing the property. even the ‘hop on hop off’ bus tour company 10m away. fantastic location!

non working elevator was annoying, but as long as you are ambulant (like my 80 YO mother) it was fine.

This place is a gem! The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the boujee Monti district, and less than a 5 mins walk from the colosseum and roman forum. Can't praise them enough. We would absolutely stay here again
