At the apartment it was just us. The owner delivered the keys herself and was very helpful, friendly and gave us guidance, where to have a nice meal, which districts are good for restaurants etc. the location of the apartment is amazing. Very close to Colosseum and other attractions, so it was very easy to navigate around the city and still being close to the apartment. Very easy commute from the airport to the flat. There’s a direct train from the airport to a Termini station, which is nearby the place.

The only one thing that was not pleasant is the noise from the neighbors walking upstairs. The room has wooden ceiling and it felt like someone is walking in our room.

It was outstanding. Any negative complaints would 100% be from entitled people who have nothing better to do than complain. Laura from the beginning was wonderful and accommodating even allowing us to leave our baggage’s safe and sound past our check out so we didn’t have to lug them around Rome. It is very clean, hygienic, with all the commodities one could wish for, and also feels extremely luxurious. The local amenities are plentiful and is opposite an ice bar for those wishing to escape the Roman heat. As someone who grew up just outside of Rome for most of their childhood, this is possibly the best space you could find for its location, comfortability and price. 100% will be staying here again.

The location was perfect - very close to Colosseum, walking distance to the train station and all other major attractions. You're basically located right in the middle of everything, very convenient. We had a Junior suite, so for 4 people it was a very good value for money for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and nice and even had a daily cleaning service.

Elevator didn't work which was a bit of hassle as one of us had a foot injury. The couch in the Junior Suite needs changing - not very sturdy.

This is more like a guest house than a hotel. Set your expectations for that. The host was super helpful and accommodating. The room was more than ample to meet our comfort needs; queen bed and sofa couch. GOOD hairdryer, little fridge. Clean. It's in an amazing alley that has a ton of local restaurants, cafe, shopping, a little market, and very accessible to the main road where you can grab a taxi or public transportation. Be ready to roll luggage on cobblestone (normal) .. and up a few flights of stairs. Super close to Colosseum / Roman Forum. Took only 20 minutes to walk to the main terminal to catch the metro. Be ready to walk when you're in Rome and this spot is great!. Recommend this place for sure!

The view is the back of other buildings.. we spent very little time in our room so it didn't really matter. But if "the view" is important this place is probably not for you.

You couldn't ask for a better location in Rome as the property was in a safe neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and a small market all within easy walking distance. The property was also close to a main road where you could catch a bus or grab a taxi and the Rome Termini train station was only a 15 minute walk with our roll along luggage. The host, Laura, and her brother were fantastic and answered all of our questions along with making the checkin process quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for a short family trip to explore the main sites in Rome- not far from the train station, very close to the Colleseum, and walking distance from all the other major sites too. It was a lovely room, and a lovely little street! It had everything we needed for a family of four (with children sleeping on the sofa bed). Laura was a great host, meeting us slightly early due to our train arrival time and giving us a very warm welcome.

It can be a little loud late at night when the bar across the road closes, but it is acceptable. They need to update the furniture in the room as it is almost impossible to open the draws in the dresser (the handles are all missing). It lacks storage in the bathroom (there is none) and recommend they put hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. Due to the elevator not working, it is not ideal for anyone with mobility problems. If this is rectified, it would be fine.

Everything! The location is perfect, right on a traditional cobbled street lined with restaurants and shops. The evening atmosphere is electric! 🥰 This is a lovely little guest house situated 2 floors up and our room was at the back so lovely and quiet. We were celebrating our Silver wedding anniversary and found a bottle of Prosecco for 2 in our room on arrival and some much needed water in the fridge. Would definitely recommend to anyone, although bear in mind the 2 flights of stairs as lift doesn’t work.

Location is excellent! Close to Colloseum and Palatin Hill. Hop on/hop off bus also nearby. The room was clean and looked like we expected in Rome, not as modern. Restaurants are scattered all around the neighborhood! Communication with Laura was also good, quick response and clear instructions on how to self-check in. Our trip was amazing and we enjoyed our stay at Madonna de’ Monti Suites!

Great location - a few minutes walk only to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and several bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean.

Little things would improve the place a lot - a mirror in the room not just in the bathroom. Or some shelves in the bathroom so you don’t have to put things on the basin edge or on the floor. Or more than one coffee pod per person per day.
