Great location 3 minutes from the coliseum. Lots of bars and dining options in immediate proximity. The room Was spacious and offered everything you need, including sockets next to the bed, which is important to me personally. The bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure and temperature great. Considering the attractive price point we highly recommend this lovely place. Special thanks to the host Roberto you made our stay extra pleasant.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Generally I enjoyed staying in Nakissa Inn. Everything was fine. They got me checked in earlier than official time and I could keep my luggage at Nakissa after check out without any problems. Despite having no official breakfast option there were coffee and tea facilities in the residence and even some complimentary juice, croissants and yoghurt available. The location was perfect for me - very central, few minutes away from both the Forum and the Colosseum, few minutes to the nearest metro station, about 20 minutes walking to Termini. At the same time the whole Monti neighbourhood around doesn't seem very "touristy"

My room was facing the backyard so there was no noise from the street (also this part of via Cavour has relatively less traffic) and the restaurants downstairs were closing quite early so there was no problem here. But the inner walls of the residence are quite thin so you can here most of what's happening in adjacent rooms (shower, toilets flushing etc). During my stay all the neighbours didnt produce a lot of noise but if you're a light sleeper you may consider earplugs.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, rooms were very clean, and the best thing about this property is the location - less than 5 min walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, with easy access to all the other main attractions. We rarely took public transport because we could easily go everywhere we wanted by foot, but there are two metro stations nearby less than 5 mins walk each (Colosseum and Cavour), and Roma Termini (train station) is also 15-20 min walk

Location and charm. This was a last minute visit because our vacation house a family member booked was canceled. We’d just returned from a 8-day cruise and ready to explore Rome. There was concern about a pending baggage strike, the Ryder Cup Golf International and other things happening in the city. Some in our group got out of Rome early, our flights couldn’t be changed. We wanted a place to rest, eat, see sites, sleep & get to airport the next morning. This was a gem! Thank you Roberto for understanding.

We had 5 in our party and largest room sleeps 4. They made an allowance by adding another single bed and charged €50 for that. We had no other choice and slept well. Roberto advised booking direct would have saved us 40% too.

They are kind and helpful. They even gave us advice about pickpockets. There is a small shared breakfast room and gave us breads, cold bottled waters, tea and coffee for free and there are some cutleries, bottle openers, a toaster so on. The last day they stored our backpacks for free and it was really helpful aswell. Some people mentioned about small shower rooms but we didn't mind the size. There were everything we needed. We booked double room but the staff prepared a triple room for us since apparently it's quieter room.

Just one advise for Japanese people as I'm Japanese, they might contact you through phone number especially whatsApp instead of booking. com or email and WhatsApp is not so common app in Japan. So if you don't have e-sim to call them and don't have WhatsApp, maybe it's better to explain that in the first. About my case, I accidentally wrote down my Japanese cell phone number when I booked and they tried to contact me through WhatsApp but it didn't work. It's my fault but just advise to install WhatsApp if you can. It's sometimes better way to contact anyway in some Europe. Eventually I can contact them through booking.com(and my partner's WhatsApp) and it didn't cause any problems.

Excellent location. The room was super nice, very beautifully decorated in a vintage style, with marble floors. Even the building itself is a vibe. It’s a 5min walk to the Colosseum and a 7min walk to the Roman Forum. You can imagine how closely it is located to all the central attractions. The Monti location also offers excellent options for local dining, filled with both locals and tourists, away from most of the “tourist trap” locations. Owner was very nice, and offered great dinning recommendations and help whenever needed.
